Spend a little more for a better stay

Location is fine

Everything. Its old and not clean at all. Pictures are nothing like real life. The shower is almost above the toilet.

Accommodating

Location was good it is nearby with the stores specially for food. Place was clean though, Overall it was a good service, manager was accommodating and the receptionist.

Some tenants are not minding on how they close the door it is a little annoying to hear the sound of the bumps of the door. the shared bathroom is little maintained. (I mean they must clean the bathroom daily since the tenants are mostly not minding on the next user)

Bad stay because of poor service and wrong mention on the facilities page

Bad for below false mentions: 1. No daily house keeping, if you stay longer no one will come and clean your room 2. Bathrooms also are not cleaned even though they are shared 3. I stayed 4 nights, i was given one water bottle. No replacement even on asking 4. Tea and Coffee shown is not for the room. It is shared and in the kitchen 5. Parking is a big problem, you will only get Premium parking for which you pay 4 AED per hour. You can imagine how much extra cost it is

Surprisingly Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable

I’m visiting from New York and needed a last-minute place after my first hotel ran out of rooms. I booked this one mainly because of price and location — but it turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. The staff here are warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The rooms and common areas are very clean, and the whole environment is quiet, so I actually slept better here than at the place I originally booked. For the price, this stay completely exceeded my expectations. Thank you. I hope to stay here again.

This was my 4th or 5th Visit and I select this property because the owner himself sets a very personal touch along with his staff for the comforts of the visitor.

expected the staff to change the bed sheet and covers where the visitor like me plan to stay for a week at a stretch.

Possibility to wash my clothes, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, comfy bed, air con and they could keep an eye on my suitcase.

It’s filthy a bit. It needs better care. It’s not difficult. The bedroom and the waiting room was the nicest. If they raise the standards, then it can be a top hostel, mid hotel.

First thing, the staffs were very polite. And the room itself is more than expected. Compared to previous visited accommodations,if you are looking for a single bed you'll find this property more than enough. Have decent space for a single bed with all the necessary needs and have a grocery right down the building. Easy to find, walkable distance from Khalidiyah mall.

Comfortable stay with clean bathrooms

Bathrooms are very clean and AC control for each room is very easy. Bedsheets, Quilt and pillows are comfy and like to sleep more..

The hotel stay is very good , no issues at all, host services 10/10.

unfortunately due to parking issue , which I couldn’t find for 1.3 hours , I parked in sand parking(it’s meant only for residence permit). The tow my vehicle and paid a fine of 900 Aed. It’s only for residential parking. If you want to park your vehicle, reach early in evening as there is a limited space for paid parking for non residential.

Good value and perfect for solo traveler

Perfect for solo traveler. The space is sufficient, the room is clean and comfortable, the toilet is great! Especial shoutout to the kindest guy from Bangladesh who assisted me with the check in and fulfil my needs. (Didn’t get his name)

Location is good, but the address is not accurate and there is not sign at all. It’s hard to locate the guest house until I WhatsApp-Ed the person in charge only they shared with me the exact location.

AMAZING PLACE VERY CLEAN

The room was very clean and spacious and neat and very quite peaceful i slept like a baby

The AC wasn't cooling at all, even though I dont like AC that much but it was hot, they need to check the AC overall it was amazing place to pass the night. One more thing please provide room slippers for the guest this will help alot thanks😊

low price, perfect location, nice option for solo travelers

- the manager is exceptionally kind and flexible. He checked me in earlier and allowed me to stay a little longer, to fit my flights. - the kitchen is well equipped - free tea and coffee - washing mashine is available, iron - slippers, gels, schampoos in the shower

- the place is not easy to find, there is no label on the entrance. Do not hesitate to ask locals, they always help - sound isolation is weak also someone took my yogurt from the fridge, even though it was half empty)))) well maybe he/she needed it more than I did, bon appetit!

Nice and good value for money, hard to find

Considering the price the single room was comfy and there was everything you could need. Not a real AC but some kind of ventilation from the common that cooled the room down.

It was impossible to find without calling the guy. It is in a residential building on the fourth floor, but I did not see any sign at night.

A nice place to stay!

This is a good option for a stay. I especially want to mention the friendly and welcoming staff — it’s always appreciated. The bed is comfortable, the mattress and bed linens are excellent, and I slept well. I also liked the location: you can rent a scooter and ride to a beautiful promenade and a nice beach. It’s also possible to walk, but it’s a rather long way on foot. It was not easy to find the entrance to the building, but I’ve taken a photo for you showing where the entrance is located. Overall, I had a good experience.

overall a positive experience, would recommend for a solo traveller on a budget that needs a good rest

i was here for a short two nights and i’ve had a very pleasant experience. the apartment was bright and clean. sanath the host was very warm and attentive to my needs when i was there. the place when i was there was also quiet and private and i had fantastic sleep every night.

the water pressure in the bathroom could be better. and perhaps i’m not aware, since i had not bothered to clarify, i don’t think the water is heated.
