Appauling not value for money would not reccomend anyone to book accomodation

It was located cloce to public transport world trade centre mall and grand souk

Stayed for 8 days no hot water bed side lights did not work comunial bathroom taps leaking not operate correctly no hot water had to use a bucket which i got hot water from the kitchen to bath

Almost perfect

View from the balcony, separate kitchen with all possible cutlery and appliances. The bed was comfy too! The location is superb

The bathroom is shabby (although big and clean). But it really needs renovation. And there is no space for leaving the bags when you check out in case you have your plane/bus in the evening. This was uncomfortable

The room is very clean and have everything you need...also a mini kitchen

The bathroom is outside the room...and the apartament you share with other people...this is not good at all...to much noise and it is not nice to go to the bathroom with the key...

Nulla di più da pretendere, come me l’aspettavo

Sicuramente degna di nota, la vista sull’alba tra i grattacieli , bellissima. Poi, la posizione é ottimale, a pochi metri dal lungo mare Corniche e dalla spiaggia, posizione centralissima per raggiungere le maggiori attrazioni di Abi Dhabi in taxi, alcune a piedi o monopattino… Host ricettivo ed ospitale, disponibile e gentile. Ci ha anche permesso di lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora. Letto pulito e camera in ordine, il bagno pure, si deve chiaramente mettere in conto che é in comune e viene usato anche dagli ospiti delle altre 2/3 camere presenti però viene pulito tutti i giorni. Quando si cerca un buon prezzo, ci sono queste cose da tenere in conto, quindi bisogna accontentarsi e farsi andare bene ciò che offre, chiaramente specificato. In camera presenti 2 bottigliette d’acqua ed i propri asciugamani.

Nella camera presente una macchina del caffè senza capsule però e un po’ di oggettistica inutile che prende solo polvere. C’é da dare una bella spolverata all’oggettistica, sopra gli armadi ( altezza a vista), sopra le lampade vicino al letto. Per il resto, niente da aggiungere, lenzuola, letto/cucini pulito e confortevole ed in generale una stanza dignitosa.

Pas cher donc attirant, mais on a ce qu'on paye. Ca reste correct.

Instructions d'arrivée très claires, sans doute et sans erreur. Localisation OK. Des parkings publics à proximité (et non des parkings sécurisés ou souterrains). Machine à café nespresso à dispo dans la chambre.

Parking : attention 15 AED indiqué mais les places en bas de l'immeuble sont plus chères que ça, il faut s'éloigner pour avoir le prix de 15 AED. La salle de bain partagée (3 chambres) est dans un mauvais état, et pas de bol nous sommes tombés sur des co-voyageurs pas très propres... Un espace entre le lit et le mur ne permet pas trop de s'adosser contre le mur (pour regarder la télé) Pas beaucoup de place autour de la table

Eau chaude absente dans lune et parfois les deux salles de bain. Moisissure omniprésente dans le logement au niveau des plafonds. Les salles de bain en sont sont pleines, aménagement et installation dans l’une des salles de bain étonnantes camouflage des traces d’humidité dans les chambres à l’aide de peinture.

Pas conseillé. Le toilette est dehors la chambre dans un petit couloir où il y a deux autres chambres, donc vous pouvez vous trouver des gens. Il faut en plus le ouvrir / fermer à clé pour qu’il soit privé. La chambre n’a pas de climatisation, donc on a eu la chance qu’il ne faisait pas chaud dans la ville, sinon il faut survivre à Abu Dhabi avec un ventilateur ! La chambre est bien équipée, même beaucoup. La description n’est pas claire, après à nous de choisir. Il n’ a pas de parking gratuit.

Fuite d’eau dans le toilettes, sol mouillé tout le temps. Toilettes dehors la chambre, pas spécifié dans la description.
