The place was so clean and calm. The staff was very helpful and so hospitable. They are the nicest and try to help with anything you ask. I have never seen such a good service. Highly recommend

The staff’s professionalism, the cleanliness of the place, and the services provided are beyond wonderful. I was especially impressed by the coordination with the hotel staff and their quick response time. Grand Stay will definitely be my only choice for all my future bookings!

Room was clean so as the common areas and they're regularly cleaned too. Location was really good, right at the center with Supermarket, Stores, restaurants etc. at close proximity.
Stayed for a week, found the refrigerator in block not working, left the site but it was still unfixed. I was offered to use other block's refrigerator and then a bit of a mess in it too, then I was moved to 3rd block's fridge for a day then to 2nd block again. Kitchen area has a water dripping from roof (no idea, sewerage or what?) that's too disturbing while using kitchen space. Disturbing noises from next room and even from outside.
