For a short stay, it can be reasonable, as the area is hustling but it needs improvement a lot
Room was clean so as the common areas and they're regularly cleaned too. Location was really good, right at the center with Supermarket, Stores, restaurants etc. at close proximity.
Stayed for a week, found the refrigerator in block not working, left the site but it was still unfixed. I was offered to use other block's refrigerator and then a bit of a mess in it too, then I was moved to 3rd block's fridge for a day then to 2nd block again. Kitchen area has a water dripping from roof (no idea, sewerage or what?) that's too disturbing while using kitchen space. Disturbing noises from next room and even from outside.

The shared washroom, the room size and the room are different from the photo, really not good at all 😔 The entrance is not presentable The price is high The check out time is too short 😔

No proper internet in my room, separate bathroom, central AC no possibility to reduce and increase etc.
