Great house with potential, but right now it's not cozy or suitable for a family. (April 2025)
April 2025. This is a really large two storey house with a garage and a fairly large garden. Lots of rooms, bedrooms. There is a kitchen. There is a parking space and a garage. There is a possibility to make a barbecue. Good geographical position - 500 meters away is a huge supermarket, McDonald's and everything you need. The house is warm, lots of windows.
The house is completely uninhabited and not cozy. Large but empty rooms. Just a bed and the simplest closet from Ikea. The kitchen is missing some utensils. For example, there is no possibility to drink tea - no cups. The house is big, obviously for a large number of people. But no cups. There were four of us and we got two full-size towels and two small towels.... The linens are also very questionable. It is already worn almost to holes. It's long overdue for a change. There were problems with the alarm system. The owners honestly tried to solve the problem, but the question remains why it was not solved before the arrival of guests? Going out into the garden is a whole quest. A lot of problems in the house can be solved for literally 50-100 euros, but it's not done. As a result, the feeling of emptiness, discomfort, detachment, indifference.

La maison aurait pu offrir un séjour agréable, mais nous avons malheureusement été très déçus par l’état général. Le logement n’était pas propre à notre arrivée : poubelles non vidées, sols et surfaces sales, toilettes qui fuyaient et volets électriques bloqués. Ce manque d’entretien est inacceptable et ne correspond pas du tout aux attentes pour une location de ce type. Avec un meilleur suivi, plus de sérieux sur la propreté et un accueil respectant les engagements pris, l’expérience pourrait être améliorée. En l’état, je ne peux malheureusement pas recommander ce logement.

De ruime tuin. Helaas slecht onderhouden.
De hygiëne was zeer slecht. Schimmelplekken en schimmellucht door het hele huis. Bedden van slechte kwaliteit! Dochter van 4 zakte door een bed toen zij erop ging zitten.

Horrorhuis
Helemaal niks. Het is een horrorhuis.
Het is een regelrecht horrorhuis. We kwamen best laat aan. Wij zijn een gezin van 5 personen (ouders met 3 kinderen) bij binnenkomst stonk het heel erg. Er was geen woonkamer, in elke kamer stond een tweepersoonsbed die niet eens opgemaakt waren. Natte was hing nog in een washok waar we ook een bak vonden met dekbedovertrekken maar die stonken een uur in de wind. Meubilair was kapot. De keuken zag er niet uit. Er waren geen schone handdoeken te vinden alleen natte in het washok. Eèn van de badkamers was eigenlijk een slaapkamer met een douche die zag er ook niet uit. Wij hebben er uiteindelijk niet geslapen en zijn diezelfde avond nog weg gegaan. De beheerder was niet voor reden vatbaar we kregen te horen dat ze geen hotel zijn. Dat snappen wij ook wel maar leg dan in ieder geval schonen spullen neer dat we het eventueel zelf kunnen opmaken.
