Fantasztikus reggeli, kedves segítőkész figyelmes személyzet. Suri és a többi fiatal felszolgáló hölgy , valamint a bárpultos srácok is kedvesek, ügyesek és segítőkészek. És mindig kedves mosollyal köszöntöttek. A recepciós hölgyek is minden alkalommal nagyon kedvesek ls segítőkészek voltak. Kellemes és pihentető volt az ittlétünk.

Nincs ilyen. Kicsit messze van Ubud központtól, de ezáltal egy nyugis, vidéki Ubuddal ismerkedhetünk meg, a szálloda luxus körülményei között. A szálloda ingyenes transzfret indít a várost ba ngyen, Ez egy jómlehetőség ha mégis kimozdulnál vah yshoppinhógolnál. A szálláshely nagyon jó választás volt.

The staff in the restaurant and at front of house are second to none. Just loved them.the room is amazing. Seriously special. The pictures dont do it justice.

The house keeping department is an issue. If you havent heard this before, then you will be moving forward, bc it is just not up to scratch. My room was cleaned once in four days. (Thank you Suwasti). No cleaning, and no turn down service at all. I had to insist they come and clean one night bc I had no clean water left, and I was sick of looking at dirty room service plates. At 7pm they finally cleaned my room, but then they asked me to leave a positive google review...as if they had done me a really big favour. They told me I had failed to leave out a sign asking for my room to be cleaned. Not true. My friend was in a different room and she got cleaning and turn down service even if she didn't leave a sign out. So it is all very random. In the spa I had a massage. I had to ask to change tables bc the head rack under the cusion you rest your head on smelled like urine. I came up with a nasty rash on my face afterwards which took the rest of my stay in Bali to get rid of. I have sensitive skin, but in my life I have had hundreds of spa treatments and never had an issue until now. This was a first, and it upset me. It was very visible.There is something amiss here. And it is not the spa staff. They did not touch my face. It is house keeping. What a shame. Management needs to send someone unknown to stay here so thet can see it, bc it is not fair to the rest of the team, who are so lovely and make such a big effort. House keeping is letting everyone down.
