the staff is lying and disturbing the guests

The concept and innovative design

-long wait for checkin m. Noone was around at 2pm time for the checkin. So i walked across the street to a random place to call the hotel. -serious breach of privacy has happened during our stay. The staff has entered the room without prior notice and without asking. Our belongings have been moved and displaced. On top of that the mattress has been wet due to some spilled water in the context of our stay with a child and the bed was made without leaving that spot open to dry, which must have been clearly visible during making the bed. Thus upon entering our room in the evening and wanting to lay down, the whole bedsheets and duvet have been wet. -The lights along the walkways of the hotel are not switched off in the evening, leading to quite a lot of light in the room even during the night, as the curtains do not fully block the light. - No hot water for the second person in the shower!! A larger water tank in terms of capacity has to be installed. - No wifi on the day of checkout +++ - the staff lied about the internet on the day of checkout saying the electricity is down BUT CONNECTION TO ROUTER was there AND THE ELECTRICITY worked everywhere. HERE IS WHAT THEY DID: THEY HAD THE MAIN ETHERNET CABLE UNPLUGGED in the office for the guests to leave as they were all lurking around already at 10 am to clean the room and want the guests to leave. - The staff is talking about the guests and watching them / controlling them - -> ALL IN ALL LIARS AND GUEST DISTURBING STAFF -the owner must definitely watch closely monitor the bahviour of their staff

We loved our stay in La Finca. Staff had a good vibe and are helpful. its about 10 min to ubud center, Its comfortable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 3 nights. beds are excellent, AC and water pressure is good. cleaning is great! most of all the house is thoughtfully designed, interesting for those who are passionate about interior architecture trends :) plus Its Dog-friendly! 😊

suggestion: it will be great option to add a water dispenser for the 2 br or atleast 6 bottles of water per day stored in the unit as we were 4 pax and had to keep asking for refills throughtout the day🙏🏽😊
