The perfect getaway from the city, great views, great service and great food.

It was beautiful, a perfect mix of nature and modern comfort at the same time. Great room, with a private pool, a gorgeous view while you play your fav movies/music on their smart tv☺️. The staff was so helpful and kind, they helped with getting us takeout when we were lazy to go out, offered great breakfast and helped us with activities. Truly a great place. Walking distance to a restaurant with great food as well

Amazing views with beautiful nature, and the pool with jungle view was awesome. Very nice restaurant & resort next to the villa called Samsara , very luxurious & serving nice food , but it’s expensive.

My booking was for deluxe villa but when I checked in at the property I was shocked with the privacy & security in it , the deluxe villa which is the ultimate luxury choice that I booked was able to be accessed by other guests in the property due to the shared & common garden that is linking the villas together without any door or barrier that isolate one villa from the others, it was linked with other villas by steps in the shared garden, also the privacy was bad any guest in the next villa could see you easily in the pool & inside your room . My concerns regarding the privacy and security was considered by the nice guy in the reception and the stuff was very very friendly and he understood my concerns so he changed the deluxe Villa that I booked to the supreme Villa, which was very nice and the security and privacy was well maintained you got your own entrance and garden and your own swimming pool. I really enjoyed staying there after changing my deluxe Villa to the supreme.. very far from the center of ubud , I advise to stay no more than 2 nights. But if you’re welling to stay longer & which to cook they don’t provide cooking facilities in the villa, like stove or kitchen.

Amazing

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. We were lucky to be there during Nyepi Day, and the day before, the owner kindly invited us to take part in the Ogoh Ogoh festival, an unforgettable experience. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The booking included a massage for each of us, which we truly enjoyed. We would definitely come back, the tranquility, the views, and the privacy of the villa are truly unique. Thank you for everything!

Have stayed here for 5 nights and everything was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the villa was clean,the bed was comfortable, very quiet, the view is astounding. This is my new favourite place in Ubud !

Beautiful dream pool villa

It was the most beautiful place me and my boyfriend stayed at in Bali. Absolutely loved it and would 100% come back. The location is amazing, it feels like you’re in the jungle, and the infinity pool is so cute and we could easily spend all day there. The staff are so friendly, attentive and helpful.

A gem in the jungle

A true gem in the jungle. I wanted the last few nights of my 3 week Bali holiday to be on a quiet, secluded location, set amongst the lush jungle of Ubud. We were not disappointed. The private infinity pool with jungle views was magical. Upon arrival we were met by staff member PIKI… and what a wonderful first impression he made. Would do anything to make our stay more comfortable, including going out in the pouring rain to fetch us some soft drinks and snacks from the supermarket (we had asked for directions but he insisted on going for us himself). Thank you to our host Mr Ajik, his son Mr Yoga, and Piki and Kadek for your outstanding hospitality.

The villa needs a deep clean inside: some mould was present on the ceiling over the bed, and an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Our host Mr Ajik explained work was underway replacing some old pipes.

Tranquil stay

Amazing stay at Kaja Villa Ubud. The manager Yoga and fellow staff were very welcoming and ensured I had everything and was very comfortable. Coming as a solo traveler I felt very safe throughout my stay. The Villa was exactly like picture very clean and couldn’t ask for any more. Very spacious room and bathroom has a bath and separate shower with good storage options. Breakfast included which was very tasty and you can request a floating basket. The views are incredible and highly recommend as a nice get away.

The Villa is in a secluded part of ubud so quite far from central Ubud which I didn’t mind as I wanted to relax. However, it’s quite easy to order Gojek/ grab to get around to places. Staff are also very helpful in arranging transport and activities.

In general the room was of low quality standards and overpriced. Never again.

Big room spacious with stunning view to the jungle, the staff was very kindly and friendly.

The pool was not clean also the room (building) was in bad condition from the outside. The curtains around the bed was very dirty with bad smell, the bathroom was full of insects and humidity also some walls was full on mould.

Best of Bali Villas

Location is bit far from ubud city but its so quite and calm that you will love it for sure, Mr.Yoga is great host and his staff is also very good. His father personally look after the villa and takes care of all the needs, samsara restaurent is next to this villa and its good option for dinner.

A perfect villa once the building works have finished.

The villa itself was delightful. The pool and facilities were clean and nicely decorated. The lady at reception was friendly and professional. It was lovely to arrive with roses on the bed for our anniversary. The breakfast was delicious and they had some of the best coffee we’ve tried in Bali. They even arranged a complimentary floating breakfast which was so much fun.

Unfortunately, there was some building works at the time of our stay (29/07) and this was right outside our villa. There was no prior warning of this and we were disappointed as we had come here to get away from the noise and have some privacy. This was not possible as there was a lot of hammering and drilling from the early morning well into the night. The workers also passed the front of our villa several times so we didn’t have any privacy when in our pool. We did let them know that we were unhappy and they stopped for an hour, then told us it would continue only until 5.30pm but there was light hammering late at night. It’s a shame because if this wasn’t the case, the villa really would be perfect.

The property was amazing! Lovely pool with sunbeds and a great view! Yoga is the BEST host! He takes care of you like your own parents do! The staff in general is absolutely amazing! Our stay at Kaja Villa was quiet, beautiful and lovely! We are definelty going back here in the future!

Its a little far away from everything, but its worth it cause you get the autentic Ubud experience, and its easy to get around with helpful staff and apps such as Grab and GoJek!

If you come to Bali, and you want to feel yourself as if you’re in a movie, enjoying gorgeous jungle views from your bed, tasty breakfasts, clear pool and personnel that treats you like you’re the most welcomed guest on the planet - Kaja is your choice. I enjoyed this stay for 120%. Kaja offers everything you expect from a villa in Ubud, but what makes it different from all other villas, is the customer service. Not only the personnel does everything for your comfort without being intrusive, but also they are ready to do extra for you, if you ask nicely (in our case, the manager of Kaja agreed to collect our luggage and bring it to villa, and didn’t ask any money for it). I can tell a lot more about this place, but for sake of clarity, I will just say, that such customer experience usually offers 10x more that the price Kaja asks. Strongly suggest to book your dates if they are still available.

Amazing stay

Very good experience at Kaja villa. Breath taking views of the jungle, very cool privat pool, big size villa, tasty breakfast and the most beautiful garden. The staff is really helpful and friendly. They can arrange for you the airport pickup, renting a motorcycle and getting a massage at the villa. We had an amazing stay!
