Oasi Brunelleschi - 20 Passi da Piazza del Duomo

Fantastic location and enjoyed our stay!

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung (direkt im Zentrum am Dom) mit Charme. Wir konnten unsere Taschen vor Check-In abgeben. Auf Nachfragen wurde direkt reagiert. Es gibt im Haus einen Aufzug. Morgens bekam man direkt vor dem Haus einen Kaffee.

Die Ausstattung war etwas dürftig, es fehlte z.B. Seife.

Our stay in Florence was warm comfortable and in a extremely central spot in the city. The beds were soft and really easy to sleep on and appliances functioned really well. Communication was good too and while the hike up the stairs was tedious, there was a lift for easy access. Our view was incredible and apartment had great positioning for many attractions, grocery stores and restaurants. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accommodation for others to stay at.

The actual facility was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable; the bathroom clean. We did not use the kitchen. No nespresso or anything of that sort was available. It was a little hard to figure out the wi-fi (the QR code was tiny).

We had arranged to meet the host at 1pm to leave our luggage. At the address, there was NO indication of Oasi, there was no one on hand, the portiera (after we hung around by the door) found someone in the building who spoke English and who was able to find out from the cleaning person for the Oasi where the keys were and the code for the lockbox. He very thoughtfully came down and took us up. The lockbox was pretty high -- I could not reach it and the light in the hall was very dim. The gentleman who was helping us was finally able to see enough to enter the code & we were able to get in. We speak okay Italian but visitors should NOT count on getting by with just English -- esp if a problem arises as it did for us.
