La struttura è innanzitutto situata in una posizione strategica : pochi minuti dalla stazione FS, dal centro e dagli imbarchi, dal supermercato, da una pizzeria e da un fruttivendolo. Top 👍🏻.
Abbiamo trovato la struttura pulita ed ordinata oltre che valida per tutto il resto.
Un forno a microonde e qualche accessorio in più, sarebbero il top.
C'è anche una piscina condominiale che ho visto di persona essere manutenuta a dovere. Un po' meno le sdraio a disposizione del condominio. In ogni caso, un valore aggiunto.
La host Margherita abita nello stesso condominio silenzioso ed ordinato e per qualsiasi cosa, può aiutarvi
Quindi riassumendo : siete di passaggio a Desenzano ? Questa può essere una valida soluzione 👍🏻.

Sehr freundliche Organisation und Betreuung. Gute Ausstattung. Lage in einem angenehmen Wohngebiet. Schiffsanlagestellen und Bahnhof sind auch zu Fuss in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso Restaurants in der Nähe des Hafens und im Zentrum.
Unsere Fewo war im ersten Stock. Das Treppenhaus hat keinen Handlauf, es gibt zwar einen Aufzug, aber bei Feuer (hoffentlich nie) im Haus sollte man diesen nicht nutzen. Das Bett war für uns recht hart.
