Excellent location, convenient parking, bedroom quiet and comfortable despite being in a central location and on a boulevard. Nicely modernized with a well equipped kitchenette. Clean bedroom and kitchen facilities.

This property has the potential to be a solid 8/10 with all of the advantages described above. However, the agents took more than 48 hours to respond to the rental request (I pity the owner who could be losing business!). More frustrating was that the bins had not been emptied after the previous occupants, such that there was one full bin and half a bin of decomposing food waste, and the sink and the shower (particularly the shower tray) had not been cleaned properly. What a shame because if these things had been properly attended to I would have been able to leave a more positive review.
