Great location

Great central location, but nice and quiet at night. Really comfortable bed. Tiny kitchenette, making it difficult to prepare much food, but it does have all the equipment you need for a short stay, and the coffee machine with coffee pods was much appreciated. Also, it gets the sun in the afternoon and evening, which is nice with the doors to the balcony open, even though you can't sit out.

The main complaint, as other reviews mention, is the narrow gap between the bed and bathroom. It was quite awkward. It might have been better designed as a studio flat with a bedroom/living space in one and a bigger kitchen (just my thought). But, for one couple and a short stay, it's fine.

It was a complete disappointment.

It was clean and the location was central.

The place referred to as the kitchen was just a very small counter. There was no way to cook. There was no place to put the dishes after washing them. Also, the kettle could not be used because it did not have a heater underneath that provided heating. I did not receive a response to my email about this. The bathroom is an area that is entered through a narrow passage from the bedroom.

Leuk voor een dag of twee, daarna ga je je ergeren aan de douche

De ligging in het centrum van Luik

Het geluid van de bovenburen en de douche. Het doucheputje stroomt niet door en hierdoor wordt alles zeiknat in de douche. Het is blijkbaar een bekend probleem, maar het wordt niet opgelost ! Er was ook ontstopper , maar dat hielp nauwelijks. Het zal de definitie van Urbanchique wel zijn. De eigenaar zal hier zelf nooit onder de douche staan. De stofzuiger functioneert niet en de afzuiging in de douche mag ook wel eens worden gestoft. Voor ons een reden om hier niet meer naar terug te gaan.

Die Ausstattung war schön und gemütlich. Alles war sauber. Problemlose Wohnungsübergabe durch die Pinnverschießung anstatt Schlüsselübergabe.

Die Toilette ist im Schlafzimmer und durch eine Schiebetür abgetrennt.

La habitación está un poco justa y la entrada al baño no es fácil

El apartamento está muy bien situado y con todos los servicios cercanos, además está muy bien decorado y tiene todos los servicios. La comunicación con el propietario es fácil y fluida , sin duda volveré a hospedarme en el mismo apartamento.

Buena opción

La entrada es por una escalera estrecha y un poco fea pero el apartamento está bien, no es enorme pero está limpio y cómodo (excepto el acceso al baño que es estrecho por la cama) La cocina pequeña y el baño con un lavabo pequeño pero bien. La ducha estaba rota y la arreglaron durante el primer día de estancia, lo agradecí. Ropa de cama y toallas limpias. Había un aspirador dentro que yo usé porque me gusta estar en sitios limpios, pero pisamos poco el apartamento porque estuvimos siempre fuera. Necesita revisar el desagüe de la ducha y algunos enchufes sueltos de la pared. También hay poco menaje de cocina, pero es una buena opción.
