This was a great place for our family to base our visit in St. John's! It was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to visit (and yes, it is on a hill, but there is no way to avoid hills if you want to walk to multiple places in town). Parking was never a problem, and the house was clean and comfortable. It is always nice to have enough space for people to separate if needed or be close. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Check-in and out were super easy! Highly recommend.

The location was excellent. Able to get to town very easy
Not much except new frying would be useful but this a very minor thing. Yard could use some loving care but it was acceptable for use.
