Belle grande maison. Lits propres et très confortables.
Voisins consomment du cannabis. Ceux qui détestent l'odeur s'abstenir. Un seul stationnement de garanti avec permis. Quartier avec des coins pas toujours propres. L'armée du salut et bon samaritains sur la rue adjacente attire donc des itinérants.

Belle architecture modeste fidèle aux maisons du centre ville de St-Jonh’s. Possibilité de rendre cet hébergement intéressant.
L’entretient extérieur était négligé ( BBQ, chaises ext, porte arrière très difficile à ouvrir,).La rue était en réparation et le quartier (les alentours) est très négligé. En retrait du centre ville. Odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain. Prix élevés pour la qualité d’hébergement
