Water Street Condos

Condo was on Water Street! Great location.

The internet and Tv did not work for 3 of the 4 days we were there. The owner was very helpful and had it fixed as soon as Bell could come. He gave a credit on our credit card and could not apologize enough. The only other issue is a car parked at bottom of stairs and difficult to bring luggage to condo.

You will have everything you need to live like you were in your own well equipped home. Attention to detail is a signature of this property. Location has its benefits (close to everything downtown). Property is beautifully appointed and decorated.

From the photos it had not occurred to me that the two windows of the apartment would open at the surface of the ground because the property is on a hill - giving it a feeling of being a basement apartment. This was very uncomfortable for us - used to throwing a window open and looking outside to see our surroundings, weather, etc. Other properties managed by this company may be a better choice. A second issue was the softness of the bed. As we are light sleepers, we kept waking each other up all night until my husband gave up and moved to the sofa for 2 nights. The property management has said they will replace the mattress so check with them if this is an issue for you. Overall, if either of the issues I've raised don't concern you, you will be a happy camper in this property!

The property manager gave us lots of information about the surrounding area and restaurant suggestions. He responded promptly and even changed our location so we wouldn't be bothered by the noise on Water St

It was a little noisy being on the street, the pillows were terrible and the apartment was looking a little tired. We had to move to a jelly bean house for the last night and while cute inside the bedrooms were way too small and there was only one bathroom which was problamatice.
