Property access is through self check-in with full, private access to home and backyard/patio.
We're available if needed but otherwise give guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay.

Located in a very walkable area of St. John's, the property provides guests easy access on foot to eateries, nightclubs, shops and the St. John's waterfront.
Signal Hill, the Battery, Quidi Vidi and other major attractions are just a short drive or scenic walk away. The area offers a lively, downtown atmosphere while still feeling safe, residential, and full of character. It's an ideal base for exploring everything St. John's has to offer.

Full, private access to the entire home and backyard/patio with self check-in. Guests can enter any time after 4:00 p.m. on day of arrival and should check out by 11:00 a.m. on day of departure.

The property is spread out over 3 floors , typical of older style homes in downtown St. John's, adding to its charm and authentic feel. The main floor consists of a front entrance, living room, fully equipped kitchen/dining room and small half bathroom. A private patio and backyard are directly off the main floor.
The second floor has one queen bedroom, a full bathroom, separate laundry room and an owner's supply room. The third floor has three additional bedrooms ( one double and two queen).

The property is located in a highly walkable area with most downtown attractions, restaurants and nightlife within easy reach on foot.
Taxis and Uber are available and local Metrobus routes serve the area. St. John's International Airport is about 15-20 minutes away by car or taxi/Uber.

Parking is available on-street with the parking pass found in the front entrance. Any available space in Area 10 ( Allan Square and nearby, adjacent streets) can be utilized for parking, with the exception of designated wheelchair spaces. Parking pass should be returned to front entrance before departure to avoid a replacement fee.
