L'accueil et la disponibilité de Monika (personne en charge de l'accueil pour un prestataire de locations) sont exceptionnels et il vaut mieux passer directement par elle (numéro de téléphone ou mail perso) pour obtenir les éventuels renseignements concernant cette location. Accueil de sa part très chaleureux, horaires (arrivée, départ) respectées, personne très souriante et disponible, un vrai plus pour la promotion de ce logement.
Le prestataire de location auquel renvoie le site, ne répond à vos interrogations qu'en anglais et vous renvoie directement à la personne en charge de l'accueil, qu'il faut privilégier. Pas clair si l'on ne veut échanger qu'à travers le site (pour raisons de sécurité). La surface de la location est sûrement surévaluée..... sauf si l'on prend en compte le jardin. Intérieur plus proche de 50 m2. Appartement en rez de chaussée assez sombre...selon la saison ça peut jouer. Manque de patères dans la salle d'eau. Attention si vous amenez votre linge de lit, lit grande taille dans la chambre.
