Would recommend anyone visiting Menton and Monaco.

The house was in a premium location. The apartment had all the necessary amenities from the kitchen utensils to extra blankets and was very neat and clean. The garage ensured a safe place to park the car and the keys were also available using a nice method. Everything was already there and we didn’t have to buy anything. The host was also always helpful with any questions or anything we asked for. Would recommend 100 percent to anyone visiting.

The explanation to how to enter could be maybe sent by message cause since the paper was folded some of the points were kind of blurred but that is a very small point. Everything was perfect.

Buena ubicación, esta cerca de paradas de autobús para moverse a cualquier lado, el alojamiento tiene de todo para poder tener una buena estancia. Volveremos a repetir sin dudarlo, agradecido con el buen trato de parte del propietario y de la gestoría que gestiona el check-in y el check-out en Menton.

La gentillesse des employées de l'agence GIOTTO

La remise et le retour des clés dans une agence immobilière (Giotto) à Menton. L'accès à l'appartement par une succession de couloirs, d'ascenseurs quand ils ne sont pas verrouillés comme lors de notre départ. Enfin, il s'agit d'un premier étage (Notre réservation indiquait 2éme étage) sans vue et peu ou pas de soleil !

Superbe établissement! Très propre et très agréable vraiment un très bon appartement avec la terrasse et le garage, facile d’accès, proche de tout (commerce - mer - gare … )

Il faut aller chercher les clés sur Menton et les rendre sur Menton … Sans ça j’aurais mis un 10/10

El apartamento estaba muy bien tenía todo lo que necesitas. Está apartado del centro de Mentón pero mejor para el descanso y la comodidad. El parking privado un 10. Las chicas que nos dan las llaves muy majas. Aunque parezca tontería los lados de la cama donde las lámparas tenían conectores para más enchufes así no tenía q quitar la lámpara para cargar el móvil! Me gustó cosa que en otros lados no hay. También tiene espejo para verse entera!

Foarte bine situat: Aproape de gară, de bus, de plaje, de supermarket, de Menton. Cartier liniștit, balcon plăcut, care nu este expus la soare.

Procedura de Check-in e puțin complicată dacă nu ai mașină: cheia se află in Menton, aproape de gara, la o agenție imobiliară.

Non ci aspettavamo molto dalla casa visto il prezzo , però posso dire che siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla grandezza , dalla pulizia e dalla presenza di beni di prima necessità, praticamente trovi tutto quello che ti serve in un viaggio ( grucce/asciuga capelli/pentole giuste per il piano ad induzione/frigo spazioso/macchinetta del caffè/ferro da stiro). Inoltre un plauso và anche al box macchina che ci ha permesso di salvare un bel po' di soldi .

Abbiamo avuto una piccola disavventura con l'intero plesso che ha perso l'elettricità per qualche ora non permettendoci di entrare (in dotazione con le chiavi dell'appartamento hai anche una chiave magnetica che ti permette di entrare nel plesso). Ma fortunatamente siamo riusciti a trovare un'altra strada per raggiungere l'appartamento (che comunque aveva elettricità)
