Amazing property and location

We came for the F1 weekend. Location was excellent - just 1 minute from the train station. The balcony area is fabulous with a matching view, communication with the owner was quick, the apartment was nicely renovated and had all necessities. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the jacuzzi as we were busy during our stay but maybe next time as we will definitely be back!

We loved everything, just one thing to note is the carpark is quite steep, unfortunately our car was too low to get down it - I'm sure it's fine for a normal car. This is a building issue and nothing to do with the booking but worth noting for other visitors. There is plenty of street parking so was not an issue.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view and hospitable owner:)

The apartment is amazing with a nice view. The beach is very close. The location is great, without noise. Giusy is very kind and hospitable. I would recommend this apartment very much if you want to enjoy the Azure coast. The train station is very close and it's a great way of traveling to Monaco.

Appartamento curato con splendida terrazza vista mare

Il soggiorno nell’appartamento è stato davvero ottimo. La casa è ideale per due persone, ma risulta comunque confortevole anche in quattro. La zona giorno è ben attrezzata e abbiamo apprezzato molto le attenzioni dell’host, come i prodotti per la colazione, il prosecco per la Jacuzzi e i prodotti da bagno. Il vero punto di forza è la terrazza, ampia e con una bellissima vista mare. Utili anche i servizi di Jacuzzi e il posto auto in garage (a pagamento). L’host è chiara e precisa nello spiegare tutto.

L’assenza del bidet e alcuni problemi con la connessione internet, che non siamo riusciti a utilizzare. Inoltre, una TV Smart con accesso a servizi come YouTube renderebbe il soggiorno ancora più completo!

Sijainti oli mahtava ja asunnon terassi lyömätön. Useita pikkukivirantoja ravintoloineen ja ihan asuntorakennuksen vieressä leipomo, gelateria, biitsikauppa. Asunto oli kuvien mukainen, vuodesohva mukava ja ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Giusyn kanssa oli helppo kommunikoida.

Toinen leikkuulauta olisi hyödyllinen ja veitset olisi hyvä teroittaa välillä :)

Stylische Wohnung in praktischer Lage.

Die Wohnung war liebevoll vorbereitet mit 2 Körben mit Produkten fürs Frühstück. Der Whirlpool war auch sehr nett. Das gesamte Apartment war zwar nicht das größte, aber sehr schön und gemütlich. Uns hat gut gefallen das ein Supermarkt und das Meer, sowie ein Sportplatz nur wenige Minuten entfernt waren. Ein kleiner Bahnhof war ebenfalls in der Nähe (aber nicht zu nahe), sodass man sehr schnell und sehr günstig nach Monte Carlo, Nizza oder auch ins Inland kam! Insgesamt war das eine sehr zufriedenstellende 9/10!

Es gab nicht viel, dass uns nicht gefallen hat. Lediglich so Kleinigkeiten, wie dass die Garage recht eng (dafür aber verschließbar) war. Sonst war alles Top !

Confort, calme, vue et bien situé

la terrasse au calme, la plage à 150 m, la vue à 360 degrés entre mer, ville et montagne. la gare à 100 m pour visiter d'autres endroits sans les embouteillages et les problèmes de parking, le sentier des douaniers jusqu'à Monaco à proximité.

le prix devrait inclure le parking qui est malheureusement en supplément. En octobre le parking dans les rues est possible mais je pense qu'en été il doit etre quasi impossible.
