Superb

Very nice apartment at the back of the building (hills view). Then, you can sleep very well and relax on the terrace. The apartment has also a garage where parking your car. The welcome from the landlord was friendly and he gave very good support for practical needs.

Maybe, the cupboard isn't enough for 4 people and a long stay.

Real nice and cosy appartement. Close to the beach and the railway Station. Florian is a very nice host. He prepared a kind of welcome package. We enjoyed it very much.

Great accommodation...but little niggles

Friendly welcome. The apartment is clean, plenty of room for two. Wifi good. Close to train station, plus restaurants nearby. Nice balcony. Excellent shower.

The property facilities on Booking.com website listed a toaster - there wasn't one. Also listed, soundproofing - its pretty noisy. You can hear other residents above and next door, talking, moving furniture. There are knives but not sharp at all. No drying up cloths. Water pressure in bathroom sink was incredibly low

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, emplacement idéal pour la fête des citrons (3 nuits, 2 personnes), l'appartement est très bien équipé, l'emplacement très pratique, nous avons pu nous rendre à pied à la fête des citrons, la navette pour Monaco s'arrête au pied du bâtiment, nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la présence du garage et l'accueil lors de la remise des clés.

Nahe des Bahnhofs gelegen, Balkon, perfekte Lage nach Monaco-Menton, schöne Altstadt, Supermarkt-Bäcker in der Nähe, authentisches Dorf, private Garage, nette Mitbewohner Super Strände in der Gegend: du golfs bleu, du buse, Menton, Lavrotto

Schlafsofa sehr unbequem, keine Schränke-Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten. Garage super eng (Alfa Stelvio). Strand im Dorf hat uns nicht gefallen Leider hat der Gastgeber uns das Appartement ‚ungepuzt‘ gezeigt, d.h. die Gäste vor uns hatten eben ausgecheckt und es war noch nicht gereinigt worden!!!! EKELHAFT- unvorstellbar! Dreck, schmutziges Geschirr, Geruch!!!! Wir waren geschockt und wollten und schon nach einer anderen Übernachtungsmöglichkeit umsehen (mit 2 Kindern nicht so einfach). Gott sei Dank haben wir die Reinigungsfrauen angetroffen, die uns versichert haben, dass Sie alles geputzt haben uns auch Sie geschockt waren. Das hat uns beruhigt. Trotzdem: das Bild blieb in unseren Köpfen!!!!!

À deux pas (et quelques stations de bus) de Monaco, avec Parking

> Appartement avec une vue ville, mais dégagée, et un grand balcon agréable. > Place de parking dans un box, très pratique. > À 2 pas de commerces (supermarché, boulangerie, pharmacie, stations services, ...) > Hôte très sympa, disponible et très réactif

> Canapé-lit pas confortable (nous avions laissé le lit double aux enfants) : il grince énormément et le matelas est fin et trop mou. > Côté vaisselle c'est très juste. Même pas assez de couvert pour un repas, très peu d'assiette, pas de saladier... Etat très mauvais des casseroles/poêle avec revêtement téflon. > Absence d'éponge et de produit vaisselle : résultat, vaisselle mal nettoyé que l'on a dû renettoyer en arrivant. Sans éponge, ni produit vaisselle, pas étonnant que certains passe juste de l'eau ou rapidement du savon... > Le volet du salon ne fonctionnait pas le premier jour (réparé ensuite) Ca m'embête d'écrire autant de critique car l'hôte est vraiment top, mais je pense vraiment qu'il n'en faut pas beaucoup pour améliorer l'appartement.

Superbe séjour

Très bon emplacement, possibilité de se rendre à pieds au centre ville (environ 15 minute), ce qui nous a permis de voir la parade de la fête des citrons. Avec en plus un garage fermé pour le véhicule.
