It was okay for our stay as we were visiting our daughter and her husband and is probably a little tired looking.

Unfortunately it had a damp smell throughout the building. The shower also could do with a door or curtain as it leaked into the rest of the bathroom. The key fob for the parking didn’t work most times and a friendly neighbour let us out of the parking spot. The outside garden furniture was very tired looking and needed to be refreshed/replaced.

Good, quiet location, nice and clean apartment on the ground floor, shared space in front of the door where you can sit. You are offered free parking in a private parking lot (5-minute walk). Good value for money.

A small problem - you can smell a drain pipe in the back of the apartment, there's no window and the exhaust fan system is not very effective.

The people around. The renewed standard of this small apartment and its amenities. The quietness of the area and just 500 m distance from the train station / bus stop (We essentially came to Monaco F1 GP, five minutes away from the place with the train :))

Rochebrune Cap-Martin is a lovely place and it was nice to be able to walk to the beach, round the Cap and even Menton! Florian was a good host, but realise that you have to call for him to meet you at the property, as it is in a complex. The apartment is newly renovated, with a well appointed bathroom and kitchenette.

Just realise that the bedroom has no window and that it won't work for someone with claustrophobia! The bathroom could do with a shower curtain and a stronger extractor fan - it had a musty smell.

A wonderful place and a quiet location. It is not far from the sea, we had electric scooters and we could move quickly anywhere. The host and the people are very nice. The location is with everything I needed.

Je ne recommande pas du tout ce logement

La seule chose positive était l’emplacement, proche de la gare et de la mer

Si je pouvait mettre une note en dessous de 1 je l’aurais fait . Déjà pour commencer , l’hôte nous a fait un tour extrêmement rapide de l’appartement (louche) Il nous a précisé que le canape lit avait un petit soucis mais rien d’inquiétant , qu’il ce mettait bien en lit etc mais était très vague dans ses explications . Alors qu’il est parti on a tout checké. Donc le canapé lit (là où je devait dormir avec mon conjoint) était cassé . L’hôte n’a même pas eu l’honnêteté de nous dire qu’il manquait un pied. Ce fut la surprise au moment de le défaire . De plus il manquait une serviette de douche (3 serviettes pour 4 personnes) J’envoie donc un message a l’hôte pour lui prévenir qu’il manquait un pied sur le canapé , et qu’il manquait une serviette. Celui ci est venu en notre absence dans le logement sans nous demander la permission pour mettre une cale en bois et nous apporter une serviette . (Sachant que nous n’étions pas dans le logement et que toutes nos valises et sacs à mains étaient resté à l’intérieur ) Il est reparti en laissant la porte d’entrée et la fenêtre grande ouverte. (Il a juste fermé le volet devant) . Nous avions 2 jeux de clés (dont un qui ne fonctionnait pas) Une télé , mais avec juste Netflix . Aucunes chaînes ne fonctionnait. Et pour couronner le tout, une immense odeur d’égout dans tout l’appartement . Il y avait une penderie à l’entrée , mais on ne pouvait rien mettre dedans a cause de la forte odeur d’humidité. Enfin bref . Vraiment je ne recommande pas du tout ce logement qui est bien chère pour ce que c’est .

Appartamento pulito e molto accogliente, è tutto nuovo e perfettamente funzionante. Host veloce nel rispondere. Molto comodo il parcheggio riservato e chiuso da un cancello. Posizione comoda ai mezzi pubblici e al mare, nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi. Quartiere tranquillo e sicuro,

Charmantes Apartment mit perfekten Parkplatz

Das Apartment hat eine gute Grösse für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Die kleine Küchenzeile reichte für unsere Bedürfnisse aus. Ein grosser Kühlschrank, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher waren da, inkl. Herd. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Der Parkplatz ist unschlagbar für die Gegend. Metzger, Supermarkt und Bahnhaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bis zur Promenade mit Bars und Kiesstrand waren es ca. 15min Berg ab Fussmarsch oder zum Sandstrand in Menton ca. 10min Autofahrt. Ein gutes Apartment mit wenig Gebrauchspuren

-Der Hof ist eine Durchfahrts- und Durchgangszone -Dadurch, dass es keine Fenster gibt, ausser dem Eingang, riecht es nach Feuchte und etwas muffig, insbesondere im Bad -Das Wasser im Waschbecken fliesst schlecht ab. Leider fehlt ein Duschvorhang. Das Bad stand jedes mal unter Wasser nach dem Duschen -Das Sofa ist durch und durch gelegen -Das Apartment könnte eine Grundreinigung gut vertragen, insbesondere unter dem Bett

Die Lage war sehr gut. Der Parkplatz war Goldwert und wir konnten diesen sogar noch etwas länger nach dem Checkout nutzen.

Très bon séjour dans ce logement propre et idéalement situé

Logement idéalement situé, à 5 minutes à pieds de la gare TER de Carnolès, ce qui permet de visiter une grande partie de la région en prévenant simplement le train. Le logement se situe également à moins de 10 minutes a pieds de la plage. Hôte très disponible. Logement très propre et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé 1 très bon séjour.

gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, gemütlich eingerichtet. Man hat es nicht weit bis zur Bahn (ca. 7 min zu Fuß) um nach Monaco zu fahren. Einen eigenen Parkplatz zu haben, ist in der Umgebung super. Tolle Restaurants in der Nähe und nicht weit weg bis zum Meer (ca. 10 min).

Geruch im Bad, aber damit kann man leben.
