新しいアパートメント（2026.2月現在）でした。とても清潔で、天井が高く広々としています。特に我々は寒い時期に滞在したので、バスタブがあったのはありがたかったです。立地もよかったです。近くにはリガの見どころがたくさんあり、また小さめですがスーパーが70m先にありだいたいのものはそこで揃います。
少し不便に感じたのは換気扇がなかった点です。吹き抜け（中庭）に面したキッチンの窓を開けて対応しました。
また、私たちは一泊旅行で荷物が少なかったので問題はなかったですが、お部屋が3階でエレベーターがなかったので荷物が多い場合ちょっと大変かもしれません。ただ、管理人の方は親切で荷物の上げ下げに手助けが必要なら連絡してとおっしゃってくださっていました。
