The location is right in the heart of the old town and close to most attractions. The house is very spacious and comfortable.
The building trash is right by the entrance, its quite appalling coming in and the first thing you get is this. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with quite steep stairs and some of the railings are damaged which makes it quite difficult climbing with kids and luggages.

It is the second time I booked this apartment because it lays in a very good location in the middle of the old center. The apartment is very clean and has all facilities. I highly recommend this apartment if you want to enjoy the old town of Riga.
