Apartment in Old Town

Location was superb, you could easily walk to everything in the old town. there is a wonderful view of the St Peter's church from the window. You can visit the church and for a small fee, you can go up the tower and get a fantastic panoramic view of the town. The flat was well equipped and everything we needed to use worked well. It was clean and comfortable and there was lots of space. The bedrooms were bigger than I expected but the kitchen was quite small and not really big enough for more than two people. However, there are many eating places in the vicinity and there is a large supermarket (Rimmi) in the Galleria shopping centre only a short walk away where you can buy provisions. We were a bit worried on arrival as the entrance hall and stairwell to the apartment look a bit run down but don't worry, this does not reflect the apartment in any way as it is very nice. Another bonus was that the Central Bus station and Railway Station were within walking distance.

We had a small problem on arrival as the code to the outer door did not work and we could not get in. Fortunately, we managed to contact our host and she sent us a new code straight away which did work. We opened the door to the apartment with this code but when we wanted to lock the door going out, we could not follow the instructions, they were not clear so we had to call our host again. She was friendly and tried her best to explain the process to us and in the end we were able to lock the door. Of course, once we had done it once we had no further problems.

Es war Kaffevollautomat, viele Sorten Tee und 4 frische Eier. Küche komplett ausgestattet und sauber.

Alles war super, es ist halt mitten in Altstadt, es ist lebhafte Umgebung etwas laut aber das haben wir ja gewusst.

The staff was very flexible and helpful.. The apartment was very clean and really fully equipped! Nicely furnished for its purpose, still plenty of space. Cable tv with access to France24 news channel. Perfect location view to the church square and within walking distance from just about anything. Loved it! Well worth every penny and much more than promises.
