Excellent location, easy access to the city center, and plenty of entertainment options nearby.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to standard. The property showed significant wear and tear with unresolved maintenance issues. Additionally, the shower water pressure was very low, and I had to fix the toilet flush myself.

Dobře vybavený prostorný apartmán se všemi spotřebiči, nádobím, internetem, televizí, klimatizací. Super terasa pro posezení večer u vína. Klidná lokalita, žádný hluk. Velká koupelna.

6. patro bez výtahu je při nošení kufrů únavné. Pohovky na galerii nebyly na spaní moc pohodlné, lepší by bylo je vyměnit za postele s matraci. Postele v obou ložnicích byly mnohem lepší.

Wire railings did not make kids feel safe sleeping upstairs. No blinds on doors in sleeping room are not ok for privacy.

The best about this apartment is the location - it's really greatest if one is willing to discover Riga outside the old town. And doing this is highly recommended!

The apartment is on the highest floor and there is no elevator. If one is travelling with more than one luggage, it might be a bit of a struggle to get all the stuff up the very steep stairs. The terrace is smaller than on the pictures, and the view is to other apartment buildings. Definitely not worth climbing the stairs. This apartment is for young people looking for a nice place to party. It's not cozy, it's not elegant. But it has a disco ball in the living room, and some fancy-coloured ugly lights (not working while we stayed there) to get the porn-party mood going. It is recommended for parties and for people who can't live without climbing stairs that very much resemble the highest mountain in our solar system.
