Wire railings did not make kids feel safe sleeping upstairs. No blinds on doors in sleeping room are not ok for privacy.

The stairs. I knew it was the top floor but wasn’t expecting 140 stairs. This is just me pointing out there’s a lot of stairs and no lift. Wasn’t an issue for me as I’m fit and healthy but older people looking at taking the apartment be aware there’s a lot of stairs to climb

The best about this apartment is the location - it's really greatest if one is willing to discover Riga outside the old town. And doing this is highly recommended!

The apartment is on the highest floor and there is no elevator. If one is travelling with more than one luggage, it might be a bit of a struggle to get all the stuff up the very steep stairs. The terrace is smaller than on the pictures, and the view is to other apartment buildings. Definitely not worth climbing the stairs. This apartment is for young people looking for a nice place to party. It's not cozy, it's not elegant. But it has a disco ball in the living room, and some fancy-coloured ugly lights (not working while we stayed there) to get the porn-party mood going. It is recommended for parties and for people who can't live without climbing stairs that very much resemble the highest mountain in our solar system.
