Hyvällä sijainnilla vanhassa kaupungissa. Kattohuoneisto, niin ei ketään yläpuolella. Alapuolella toimistoja, joten sieltäkään ei kuulu mitään ääniä. Ääniä kuuluu alhaalta kadulta baarien asiakkaista, jotka terassilla. Äänet loppuvat, kun laittaa ikkunat kiinni tai valvoo itse tarpeeksi myöhään. Ilmalämpöpumpulla sai mukavasti viilennettyä keskustilan. Tilava huoneisto, missä makuuhuoneet molemmissa päissä. Keskellä iso yhtenäinen tila, missä 2 vuodesohvaa ja keittiön pöytä. Tulee kuntoiltua, kun kiipeää 4. kerrokseen. Sisäänpääsy hoitui helposti. Hyvä hintalaatusuhde.
