Расположение квартиры было отличное! Парковка маленькая, но нам всегда было место.
Сам дом в аварийном состоянии. В квартире очень старый ремонт, на фото выглядело гораздо лучше. Цена завышена за такое жильё.

* It was very quiet (when windows closed).
* Living room and kitchen area - very comfortable, also liked a lot the "transformer" table, which were very practical to use.
* All windows had blackout curtains.
* The stairs to the apartment were in very poor shape.
* Water leakage on the floor and an unpleasant smell in the entrance area.
* Cleanliness could have been better. Most of the dishes in the kitchen needed to be washed over before using, also several places were dusty, also few things were broken (e.g. one leg of the bedside lamp was missing and the other leg was cracked, the shelf in the shower corner was partly broken).
