Good location, spacious, well equipped, responsive and helpful host, convenient check in/out process.

Toilet flusher was a bit slow to refill, no shower curtain for water spillage. However, although the additions could be useful, they were not critical and we still had a great stay.

Un emplacement confortable pour atteindre le vieille ville à pieds même avec des enfants. Un supermarché bien achalandé à 250 mètres. Un logement vraiment adapté au famille avec pleins de jeux et de livres à disposition. Un équipement complet en cuisine avec de grands plats de qualité. L’appartement a beaucoup de charme et est en parfait état. La distribution des pièces est bien faite. L’appartement est traversant ce qui permet de faire facilement circuler l’air.

Petit point négatif sur la taille des sanitaires (salle de bain et toilette). Mais a côté de tous les points positifs, ce n’est pas gênant.

Sijainti oli hyvä. Kaupat ja kahvilat lähellä. Kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin. Sängyt oli yllättävän hyvät. Keittiön varusteet riittävät viidelle hengelle. Lattiatuulettimet joka huoneessa. Ilmainen parkkipaikka sisäpihalla oli hyvä asia.

Ampio appartamento al 4 piano di un palazzo, dotato di ascensore, a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Riga, con tre camere, una sala da pranzo/soggiorno, una cucina, un bagno ed un wc. Arredamento spartano ma funzionale. La cucina attrezzata con fornello elettrico, forno, forno microonde, lavastoviglie, ampio frigo, frullatore ad immersione e tante altre dotazioni che ti fanno sentire a casa. La zona è ben servita da mezzi pubblici, supermercati, bar e ristoranti meno turistici. L’Host si è dimostrato attento, disponibile, elastico nel gestire check in e check out
