Everything was just fine!

It’s great, spacious enough, comfortable, you have all you need provided. Great location, an elevator for the 5th floor access. Recommend.

The floor in the room, it had not been washed for a long time, dark spots and areas, spillage, you could see it all. The rest was clean and tidy. An extension cord by the bed could be a great addition. There is a socket but it’s a bit further away. The faucet in the kitchen is wobbly and needs attention. Other than that its great.

Apartment was large and there were some kitchen utilities that could be helpful for some visitors. There is a (very) small lift to help get to the fifth floor. Self-service was easy enough once we got the instructions. The bed was clean. Price was cheap. No noise from outside or from neighbours.

It was a bit odd that there seemed to be no firealarm in the apartment, maybe not even in the floor hallway. With no way of evacuating directly outside, my partner felt a bit uneasy about this combination. Bathroom door lock was broken. There was a bit of sewer smell when we got to the apartment. There was no properly blocking curtains in the bathroom, which together with the windows being towards small inner yard and apartments on the other side, means that one may feel a bit exposed in the bathroom during dark hours. No AC. We had to ask for the self-service instructions, but at least we got a response quickly. I think that because the apartment door couldn't be properly locked from the inside and the lock code was rather common, it felt like someone could get into the apartment.
