Two level apartment in the Art Nouveau area

Great space, plenty of room for my colleagues and I. Loved the patio. Walkable neighborhood, plenty of shops near by.

Only problem I can think of was the number of towels provided, only 4 towels for a bed apartment with a sauna and hot tub.

Wonderful, spacious, and bright apartment. We stayed here for a week, fantastic time! A warm and very welcoming host - thank you, Svetlana, for your kindness and support. 😊 Perfect for a group of seven (three adults and four children) with five bedrooms and a comfortable lounge area. There’s an abundance of space, ideal for big families or groups of friends. The apartment occupies the 5th and 6th floors of a beautifully renovated 1911 townhouse. A quiet lift and an internal courtyard provide a high level of security and excellent insulation from city traffic - very peaceful. Amenities include a well-equipped kitchen, sauna, jacuzzi, and a sunny terrace. The location is ideal for exploring Riga: about a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, public transport close at hand, and plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. The famous Alberta Street, with its top-notch Art Nouveau buildings, is just two blocks away. Definitely our first choice for a stay in Riga!

Wyjątkowa kombinacja - apartament w kamienicy, w którym jest sauna i jacuzzi bez dopłaty - jest też kominek. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Wygodny taras z widokiem na dachy kamienic nieopodal. Blisko do centrum - piechotą ok 15 minut. Klimatyzacja na górnym poziomie, ale tylko w w holu. Była możliwość wjazdu na podwórko w celu wypakowania bagaży.

Brak siatek przeciw komarom w oknach, nie działały żadne piloty do telewizora ani klimatyzacji (można ją uruchomić ręcznie). Niezbyt zorientowana osoba przekazująca klucze - w efekcie wnieśliśmy najpierw na 5. piętro bez windy wszystkie bagaże, by potem zejść z powrotem. Do właściwego apartamentu była winda - nie wszystkie klatki schodowe są w nie wyposażone. Brak precyzyjnych instrukcji dotyczących parkowania. W weekendy parkowanie na ulicy jest bezpłatne, a na wskazanym parkingu (nic nie wskazywało to, by był strzeżony) - płatne całodobowo również w niedziele i święta.

This very spacious apartment was a perfect fit for our group of six. The hot tub and sauna were fantastic extras—definitely a cherry on top! The location was excellent and very quiet, which made our stay even more enjoyable. When we return to Riga, this property will definitely be our top choice!

Wi-Fi didn’t reach, or was very weak, in the farthest room on the second level. The two bedrooms on that floor also faced the morning sun and became quite warm. The air conditioning was only in the main area upstairs, but the remote batteries were dead. To be fair, these issues weren’t critical and didn’t affect our overall stay, so we didn’t bother contacting anyone to fix them.
