Pagal kainą, tai puikus pasirinkimas: šalia centras, traukinių stotis. Gana tylu, nes vidiniame kieme. Du miegamieji su didelėmis dvigulėmis lovomis toli vienas nuo kito. Nemokamas parkingas automobiliui, bet už 500m.

Šeimininkas daug reikalauja: reikia pervesti depozitą 200EUR., kitaip negausit raktų, išnešti šiukšles, išplauti indus (indaplovės nėra). Deja radome vešvarią vonę.... Lipti gana aukštai laiptais, kurie labai statūs. Šeimininkas atsiuntė foto, kad galima statyti mašiną išsikrauti bagažui prie vartų, bet prisistatė policija ir norėjo bauduoti - vos išsiprašėm. Policija teigia, kad sustoti ten draudžiama, ir jie teisūs - kelio ženklai draudžia stovėti.

The Location of this property is excellent right in the old town. The accommodation was spacious and had everything you need for your stay. There was some tea and coffee in the room, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, it was easy to access the accommodation a video was sent after I contacted them on arrival in Riga, and communication was good via WhatsApp.

There are 4 flights of steps up to the apartment so please bear this mind when booking this was detailed on booking.com( just I didn't read it properly) you cannot open the window in the bedroom and it's blocked out with a window transfer and it got really hot in the room and no air conditioning,I thought it was a load of hassle having to send the deposit separately, I had to open a separate account to send the payment internationally and received several messages telling me if I didn't pay I could not stay, it was paid back within a week of our return but then hassle getting back as it was held in a holding bank so I had to contact my bank to get it back so it was a right pain, A s we had to pay the deposit there were a few issues I made the owners aware of nothing major broken draw in freezer tiles around toilet broken stains on carpet but I was worried they would keep the deposit and we would be blamed so I sent photos over on WhatsApp as soon as we arrived. The accommodation could do with a little updating and a deep clean.

Inside the apartment is very clean.

1- I have three children and luggage and the apartment on the fifth floor was very tired. 2-The apartment has a balcony, but from the inside overlooking the building from the inside. 3-The air fan was off. There is air conditioning but we looked for the remote control and couldn't find it.
