Que no incluyese ninguna toalla y que hubiera que pagar extra. Que no estaban preparadas dos camas, que no fue claro lo del parking

Первый раз проживал в апартаментах где нет совсем полотенец для рук. Совсем. Можете бегать по террасе и сушить руки и лицо после умывания так, можете воспользоваться наволочками от подушек, можете постучаться к добрым соседям и попросить у них полотенце, ну или возите полотенце с собой, вы же в арендованное помещение въезжаете. Банное полотенце можно у хозяина взять в аренду за 3 евро штука, а вот для рук - выкручивайтесь сами. Вы же снимаете помещение не за 1500 евро, где наверняка будут полотенца, а "всего лишь" за 200 евро. Имейте совесть. На всякий случай и туалетную бумагу с собой возьмите, так как если ею будете вытирать руки, то рулоны быстро закончатся.

Everything was great. From communication, to cleanliness, to ease of access, to relaxation in peace.

The sauna was enjoyable and worked well, and the view from the property was nice. These were unfortunately the only real highlights of our stay.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The apartment we were given looked nothing like the one shown in the photos — it was smaller, had fewer bedrooms, and overall felt like a downgrade. When we reached out to the host for clarification, we were told we’d actually been given a “better” apartment, which felt quite insulting considering what we walked into. The condition of the apartment was extremely poor. Everything felt neglected and broken. The outdoor hot tub turned into a fountain when we turned on the bubbles, spraying water straight into our faces and making it impossible to use. The bed was uncomfortable, with a mattress so saggy and worn out it was hard to sleep. Several of the blinds in the bedroom didn’t work properly, and most of the lights throughout the house flickered or didn’t turn on at all. Some electrical outlets didn’t work or were hanging loose from the wall, and there were clear signs of general disrepair — peeling wallpaper, loose moldings, holes in the walls, and even a loose stair railing. The bathroom faucet had temperature issues, the shower had visible mold, and although the apartment listing mentioned a massage chair, there was none to be found. But by far the most disgusting part of our stay was when we opened a wardrobe to look for extra pillows and were met with someone’s dirty, used underwear — a pair of string-style panties left behind. That moment said everything about the level of cleanliness and care this place had received. It was absolutely revolting and completely unacceptable in any rental accommodation. We left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and honestly a bit grossed out. This place was nothing like what was promised, and we absolutely would not stay here again.
