Absolutely nothing, the worst stay I’ve experienced and I didn’t find it good value for money.

Firstly I messaged the hotel to tell I was arriving late as I was travelling 4 hours up, I was told this wasn’t an issue. I then arrived and was instantly stumped with a £25 late check in fee which was apparently ’in the small print’…. Conveniently there was a copy laminated on the front desk…. Clearly showing this is a common issue. I was then showed to my room which was right next to the lounge/ main desk which I was not impressed with as you could hear a pin drop from outside… I was up all night listening to everyone checking in and everyone in the communal lounge. The bed was lop sided and my feet were higher than my head. Would not recommend nor stay again. Value for money was awful.

Gig night sleepover in Salford

The owner came across as a welcoming and friendly man very informative and Helpful 😊 my room was warm and comfortable with a lovely spacious bathroom and walk in shower ! There is a room for guests to cook and eat food and relax and watch tv good security and very convenient for central Manchester with public transportation , free complimentary breakfast available served by lovely staff 👏

So no plug available for small sink in bathroom which meant I had to keep tap running whilst I shaved ! No tv in room but it wasn’t any bother to me because I hardly use any tvs when I’m staying in various hotels and guest houses

Very helpful, kind and welcoming staff. Room was comfortable, with good shower and the communal living room had microwave, fridge/freezer and facilities for making drinks. Parking was convenient. WiFi was good. Great variety of food on offer for buffet breakfast.

Some of the decor is in need of refreshing, but this didn’t detract from my stay.

Handy location for the Trafford centre, lego land and sealife centre. Extremely friendly and made to feel welcome.

Both bedroom & bathroom were spotlessly clean. I loved the continental breakfast. It was very filling and substantial.

The size of room was very small. I couldn't hang up my clothes as there were no hangers and no rail too. This aspect was disappointing.

Very clean and fresh accommodation, continental breakfast also included in stay

No cups/glasses or toilet roll in our room, reception is not manned so we had difficulty getting in touch when we needed something. The front door lock is also difficult to open, no one answered the doorbell and another hotel member came down to let us in, otherwise I’d probably still be locked out of there.

Great stay for a weekend away.

The location of the hotel was close to the areas I wanted. My double bed was comfy and the room was really clean with my own shower and loo. Bath towels were plush and felt so soft. The breakfast area was nice with a selection on continental foods. Also there was onsite parking which was a must for me. The lady owner was really nice to talk to and knowledgeable about the area.

I and another couple were early by 30 mins and Had to wait outside after multiple attempts to ring the doorbell but eventually got in. It was nice weather outside anyway so topped my tan up 😄
