Modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. Highly recommended

Cleanliness, ease of street parking, commodities, modern decor. The kitchen was fully equiped and had dishes for at least eight people

A little confusing to find as google maps took us to road rather than street name. Place does not face the street, good thing the property manager was outside

Exceeds Expectations

Nicolas is an excellent host and went out of his way to accommodate us. Everything seems to be new. It is well stocked, meticulously cleaned, has two separate toilets, quiet and double door security.

Washing machine but no dryer for quick dry. No a/c, could be uncomfortable during Summer days.

It was a wonderful week in an interesting and beautiful place which we would like to visit again.

Beautifully clean and ideally situated for visiting lots of different sites in Normandy and close to Bayeux’s many restaurants. Nicolas was friendly and helpful.

Fabulous.

Great apartment in immaculate condition with two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The concierge was super friendly. Quiet neighbourhood in walking distance to the centre of Bayeux.

A tea pot would have been nice.

Amazing!! Clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated!

The townhouse is beautiful, just like the pictures. Love the decor and how clean it was. We feel very comfortable during our stay. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The communication was very good. Nicolas, the host, was very nice and very punctual on arrival and departure. The rental exceeded our expectations. We will recommend it 100%.

Excellente implantation dans un appartement très beau et très bien équipé pour cuisiner.

L'accueil est excellent avec l'agence la 21eme planche merci Nicolas pour votre présence à l'arrivée et au départ. Tout est réuni pour un bon un séjour à Bayeux (on peut se rendre au centre ville en 15' à pied en longeant le cour de l'Aure) ainsi que pour visiter les environs avec l'avantage d'avoir un parking gratuit à 80 m, un bel d'appartement convivial dont une salle de vie et 3 chambres très agréables. Ne pas oublier de découvrir le Prieuré de Saint Vigor le Grand à quelques mètres.

La taille de l'appartement

Le manque de volets surtout lorsqu'il fait chaud. Le soleil tape fort à travers les fenêtres. L'impossibilité de stationner devant lorsque l'école est fermée.

Nuevo y bien equipado pero lejos y caro para lo que ofrece. Zona alejada del centro.

Tiene prácticamente de todo y muy nuevo, al igual que el apartamento que está recien decorado. Al ser una zona alejada del centro se puede aparcar en la calle con facilidad.

No está nada céntrico y por las noches no hay ni una sola luz en las calles cercanas. Salvo que haya luna llena, hay que andar por la calle con linterna (literalmente, no se ve absolutamente nada, es fantasmagórico. el pueblo no tiene iluminación en esa zona). En realidad no es Bayeux sino el pueblo de al lado aunque puede irse sin problema andando al centro. Luego tiene varios pequeños detalles negativos: la ducha está en la planta baja y las habitaciones en la superior, corto de cosas tontas como gel de baño y papel higiénico. La atención del anfitrión buena pero no es práctico que tengas que fijar previamente la hora de llegada para que te estén esperado. Pierdes flexibilidad y te limita un poco. En resumen la relación calidad precio no es buena. El apartamento no está mal pero es muy caro para lo que ofrece.
