El piso tiene una ubicación inmejorable y es espacioso, nuevo, decoración moderna y estaba limpísimo. Es verdad que al estar tan céntrico hasta una cierta hora se escucha el paso del tranvía pero lo compensa todo lo demás. Solo recomiendo un recogedor y una fregona por si se derrama algo. Volvería a escoger el piso y lo recomiendo sin dudas
