The location was perfect! Right in the heart of Limerick, an easy walk to all the sights of the city.
We cook at home often and the dishes at the apartment were a bit limited. We had to buy a new frying pan for our morning eggs, but other than that, the apartment was lovely.

The apartment is in a good location with easy access to restaurants, grocery and parking. The living and kitchen areas were spacious and relatively modern.
The bathrooms, bedrooms and closets require some attention. There were closets but for some there were no rods, so you were unable to hang your clothes. 3 hangers were provided. There was no ironing board though an iron was provided. One of the toilet seats was broken so you needed to be very careful when using. There was water seeping from under the floor of one of the bedrooms which we had to keep mopping up. The bottom of one of the bathroom shower trays was cracked as it was made from a resin material. There needs to be some attention paid to the bedrooms and bathrooms areas as it seems that there has been some work done in the kitchen and living room. Generally the place has potential but needs attention.
