Not good the way I was treated.

It was close to town.

Very dirty , host had asked me to wash the bedding instead of cleaner. Someone died in my family had to leave In a hurry and had 4 days more to stay there and they refused refund. After paying over 1100 for not even one week stay. All plates and forks were very very dirty. Found lube and condoms in bedside locker from previous people just shows they don’t really clean. Was told over not getting money back either she. Wil never take a booking from me again when I cleaned her place and had to go due to a death.

Overall i would not recommend this as somewhere to stay at all.

The apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke upon arrival and all windows were wide open. In the kitchen, there was used tinfoil with food residue left under the grill, which gave the impression that it had not been properly cleaned. The sink also appeared to have been wiped with a dirty cloth, as it did not look hygienic. Additionally, there was a loud fight in the courtyard at approximately 3:00am. Based on comments from other residents, this seems to be a regular occurrence. The disturbance made it difficult to feel safe and to get proper rest.

Very Little., Host was welcoming. That was about it.

Probably one of the worst experiences of my life. Foul smell along the corridor entering the property. It was NOT clean. Both the washing machine and dryer were full of clothes. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Toilet was dirty, the shower had no power. There were paint marks everywhere. The rug in the sitting room was wet....the list was endless!

The place was a bit of a disappointment based on the photos but the apartment is in a good location.

The apartment is in a good location with easy access to restaurants, grocery and parking. The living and kitchen areas were spacious and relatively modern.

The bathrooms, bedrooms and closets require some attention. There were closets but for some there were no rods, so you were unable to hang your clothes. 3 hangers were provided. There was no ironing board though an iron was provided. One of the toilet seats was broken so you needed to be very careful when using. There was water seeping from under the floor of one of the bedrooms which we had to keep mopping up. The bottom of one of the bathroom shower trays was cracked as it was made from a resin material. There needs to be some attention paid to the bedrooms and bathrooms areas as it seems that there has been some work done in the kitchen and living room. Generally the place has potential but needs attention.

Dirty apartment! Stay away!

The apartment had dirty floors and table and smelled of fungus and cigarette smoke. The floor under det waste bin was all wet, and the washing machine door was broken, so it was impossible to wash clothes. The cupboards and dishes was dirty, and there was old food in the fridge which smelled awful. Just as we logged in to booking.com after arrival, the score changed from 8.5 to 5.8, and reviews that mentioned bed bugs turned up. We left as soon as possible and found accomodation elsewhere. This was a terrible experience!

Fine place to stay for a night or two, flexible host and a good location to explore Limerick.

The beds were spacious and comfortable, and there were two separate bathrooms which was nice to have.

The apartment is somewhat run down, e.g. shower door partially unhinged, kitchen furniture cobbled together, windows unfortunately not able to keep out the noise outside.

Convenient location but poorly executed.

The apartment was spacious and centrally located. Wifi was very fast.

Parking was in an adjacent parking lot rather than a private parking facility. The building itself is not marked and the entrance is inconspicuous, and is consequently not easy to find with GPS that is only accurate to about 150ft. The fixtures in the apartment were of very poor quality. One of the toilet seats in the apartment was the wrong size, poorly fitted and tended to slip off the bowl while the seat lid moved forward to rest against one's back. The shower in one of the bathrooms was frankly dangerous, with a high step in/out, and smooth porcelain floor surface without a non-slip mat. The touch controls of the cook-top responded poorly to touch making even boiling an egg difficult to control, and the unit would not turn off except by using the switch on the wall. As a hostel it might be acceptable, but given the price it was not worth the money.

Worst night ever, have stayed in cleaner, and cheaper accommodation in war torn 3rd world countries.

Stay at 409..which is actually across the road from where it is indicated on the map. We liked absolutely nothing, on arrival we dropped our gear and went straight out for dinner and didn’t look around. On return we have found an open half used milk container on the kitchen work surface, which itself is in horrific condition and didn’t look in anyway sanitary, this extends to the oven, living area, bedrooms and bathrooms, with litter everywhere, bins full of rubbish, near empty toilet rolls, dirty linen and towels in the washing machine, tumble dryer and showers, outdated and faulty smoke alarms, no air conditioning as advertised. Filthy floors, rubbish in cupboards, soiled towels in cupboards, a broken blind in the living room, blown window seals, mould on windows. Over paint on every switch and fixture. Numerous marks and dents in the walls, paint peeling from wood work, a cracked shower tray, pubic and other hair in the shower tray of the ensuite bathroom, bed room light not working and no hot water anywhere. And on top of this Christmas decorations…🤷🏻‍♂️

Absolutely everything, see above, a place where your skin starts to crawl, or is it bugs biting, kept all clothes on all night long. Due to arriving late on, we ended up having to stay a single night, 2 nights were booked. But we opted for the local travel lodge, for some actual comfort in clean surroundings. Caroline, the owner/agent for this property has no shame, and is refusing to refund any money. Don’t ever stay here, you’d be better sleeping on the streets. And much cleaner washing in the river.

I didn't stay.

Nothing, it was so grubby we changed our arrangement rather than stay here.

The 1st thing you notice is the paint work is terrible with paint meant for door frame sweared on the walls and floor. The whole place was sticky to touch. When you turn on the light in the hall the extract fan in the bathroom comes on, which means this apartment is not safe to be in.

Appartement vétuste situé dans une résidence vétuste. État de propreté insuffisant. 3 chaises (dont 1 cassée) pour 4 personnes. Peu de vaisselle et propreté des ustensiles de cuisine à vérifier. Abattant de WC cassé, sol de la cuisine collant, fuite dans le bac de douche, pas de VMC automatique, pas de double vitrage et vitres extérieures bien sales, trou dans le double plafond.

Dicht bij centrum. Met parkeergelegenheid, werd goed geregeld. Schoon bed. Schone douce. Schone handdoeken (zelf opvouwen vanuit droger). Koelkast. Wasmachine. Droger. Tv. WiFi.

Onverzorgd, verouderd, naargeestig flatgebouw, lift (vies, glas kapot). Naargeestige omgeving; uitzicht op flats, parkeergarage, vuilnis. Kwam over als een niet zo goede buurt. Plafondplaten in hal van appartement kapot. Wc bril lag vrijwel los. Scheur in vloer douchebak. Oven vies. 2 keer ging in een nacht ging een alarm van een auto af, 1 keer urenlang.

La persona que nos atendió era muy amable, y la distribución es buena, pero mis hijas dicen que lo mejor de la estancia fue irnos. Supongo que el piso vale para estudiantes que se pueden meter en cualquier sitio.

El apartamento estaba muy sucio, la wifi no funcionaba, los armarios estaban llenos de ropa aburruñada que parecía usada, el store del salón estaba en el suelo tirado, las ventanas estaban muy sucias igual que la vitrocerámica, los muebles de la cocina llenos de huellas y los espejos también. El menaje era muy escaso, y no era un apartamento cómodo. Teníamos dos días contratados y sólo dormimos una noche, el tiempo que me llevó encontrar otro hotel.
