Very clean and comfortable and excellent value for money

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ruhig. Wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt, war kein Frühstück im Preis enthalten. Im SPARladen um die Ecke kann man sich jedoch Kaffee und Gebäck besorgen und hat immer noch ein - im Vergleich zu B&Bs günstiges Angebot. Die Unterkunft liegt schon einen längeren Fußmarsch vom Zentrum entfernt, war jedoch gut mit Buslinie 301 zu erreichen. (HS "Russell House", hat aber auch einen anderen Namen) Die Betreiberin bot eine alternative Zeit für die Schlüsselabgabe an, was mir sehr entgegen kam und erschien sehr freundlich. Ich holte mir zum Mittagessen ebenfalls um die Ecke Fish'n'Chips bei Luis und spazierte zur Klosterruine Mungret an der ich früher nur vorbeigefahren war. Sehenswert! Auch der Park ist fußläufig leicht erreichbar.

We stayed in this property for one night while attending the Cork Limerick match. The house was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and towels were provided — all as expected. The listing clearly stated the host lived on-site, and quiet hours were advised from 10pm to 8am, which we fully respected.

We returned quietly around 2.30am and made every effort not to disturb anyone — no talking, just straight to bed. However, despite the check-out time being clearly listed as 11am, the host began making significant noise around 9.15am — including loud door banging, going up and down the stairs repeatedly and even vacuuming briefing on our floor while we were still resting. At 10.30am, they knocked on each of our doors to remind us we had 30 minutes left, which felt unnecessary and intrusive given we were well within the agreed timeframe and were not running late.
