It is a walking distance to oceans mall and the beach, it is very pretty with a very nice bathroom.
the tub doesn't shut completely, but it is gorgeous.

The location was good. The cleaning ladies were attentive and lovely.
For a rented apartment advertising air conditioning, there was no aircon or even a fan in the living areas of the apartment. We could not leave windows or sliding doors open due to the monkeys who visited our verandah.
The apartment had no hairdryer so I had to buy one.
Ensuite bathroom/shower was grim with dirt or mould i the corners. The guest bathroom was clean.
