We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Umhlanga. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the golf courses we came to play.
Communication was smooth, and everything worked perfectly during our stay.
The only minor point to note is that access requires using stairs, which was not an issue for us but may be worth considering for guests with mobility limitations or heavy luggage.

The endless amount of stairs to get to the apartment and to the beach. Don't recall this point being advertised BEFORE the booking was finally made. Do remember this being put on the notice AFTER the booking was done. Fortunately the family was fit enough to navigate all the steps. For the elderly or less mobile, it is practically impossible to get in/out of the unit on a regular basis

stairs- even for young abled ppl, it is horrible. 2nd bedroom, double room, mattress is hard- i ended up sleeping on the sofa.
our family fetched us from airport and dropped us off at location, but were made to feel uncomfortable, joseph was writing in a book- i know its his job, but i felt like we were criminals being checked up on
