The staff and the location
The noisy guests who did not abide by the no noise after 10pm stipulation.

The location: closer to the beach, shops and restaurants.
There was a swimming pool and the apartment had everything for self catering
Housekeeping daily was a great
One of the security personnel was very rude from when we checked in (we checked in late and had communicated this prior) He kept on talking about how “will have a problem with him if we are noisy and he doesn’t wanna come to our room several times “
He came up to our room while we were playing games and said we are noisy and we were not!
I asked him if anyone complained and he answered “when I say you are being noisy then it means you are noisy” he ruined our first night there
Also the apartment had cockroaches
