The towel service needs to be more frequent.

Location was superb

I didn't like it if we ask the Housekeeping ladies about the toilet tissue because it was finished they told us to communicate with the host and only to get the feedback that we have to buy our own, how come because you are an accommodation you suppose to provide service I was very disappointed. Also by the time of arrival we suppose to get the keys where you told us to get them but when we are there we couldn't find keys we have to drive around wasting our petrol still searching for keys but they were nowhere to be found. We only have been helped by using housekeeper's spares

It’s a good location, nicely furnished, well equipped.

There was constant banging from breaking of tiles and installing of tiles in the staff quarters below for day 1 and day 2. The cleaning staff arrived and said she was sick with flu do we still want her to continue. The following day I had to insist on getting clean towels as they said that they only had replacement towels for the next guest. The flat sheet from the bed was also removed in preparation for the next guest. The bathroom floor and wall tiles had spots of black mold. There were no utensils for braaiing. The toilet was leaking and could be heard throughout the night.
