The location was great, but there was no breakfast because is self catering

There was no mat nearby the bed and also in both the bathrooms, also there are no instructions on how to operate their gas braai stand…most of us were not familiar with it

i loved everything about the place!

There isn't one thing I didn't like about the apartment.

Great apartment and positioning with direct beach access.

Management and staff, Coakroaches, cold showers. 6 sleeper and water is cold after 2 to 3 showers. Gas cannister for braai was empty and we made all preparations for a braai. Management did not respond to my WhatsApp so we called and they responded over 30 minutes later. The cleaner also locked the small towels away and we requested more. They sent the gas cannister and only 2 towels with the maintenance guy who carried both items in his dirty hands. Towels not even in a packet. He then insisted there were 3 spare gas cannisters in the apartment and went ahead opening cupboards without our permission, and that we had already checked. Later we learnt Cleaner had locked the gas cannisters away as well in a cupboard they use for storage. Dead Coakroach found in fridge. Live coakroaches in crockery drawers and all over apartment. Response from management on WhatsApp was patronising blaming Durbans weather and building management for the coakroaches. Had only 1 towel change from a Monday to Monday booking. Booked an extra night due to unexpected business and they still would not change the towels until I insisted. Have WhatsApp communication.
