Perfect appartment for group trips

Great living area that’s large enough for a big group. Well equipped with toiletries, towels etc.

About 20 minutes walk to the Gondala station but this wasn’t a problem once you have your ski equipment as you can ski down the ski road to get there.

Très grand appartement confortable et calme

Calme de la résidence qui s'explique par l'éloignement du centre ville (2,5km du supermarché Billa, mais d'autres petites épiceries plus proches dont un Bake Point qui fait du très bon pain). Les équipements principaux sont là avec le luxe du lave-vaisselle et du lave-linge. Vaisselle en quantité suffisante et propres à notre arrivée (il y en avait encore dans le lave-vaisselle!) Le frigo est tout neuf et propose un vrai congélateur (nous en avons profité pour acheter de la crème glacée!). Armoires permettant de ranger son linge dans les chambres. Pas de parking réservé mais nous avons pu nous garer au plus à 30m de la résidence. L'orientation de l'appartement est plutôt vers l'est ce qui évite de chauffer l'appartement aux heures les plus chaudes. Un petit balcon nous a permis d'y faire sécher nos chaussures au retour de nos randonnées. Une majorité des fenêtres est équipée de moustiquaires et de volets roulants, ce qui permet d'adapter selon qu'on veut de l'air frais sans insecte ou dormir dans l'obscurité! Toutes les fenêtres sont équipés en outre de rideaux.

Cet appartement est en rez-de-chaussée, donc nous n'avons pas utilisé la terrasse ni le barbecue qui semble commun à la copropriété. De plus, à chaque sortie, cela nous obligeait à vérifier que toutes les portes-fenêtres soient bien verrouillées. La cuisine manque un peu d'accessoires (passoire, égouttoir, plaque de cuisson halogène donc long de faire bouillir de l'eau pour des pâtes/riz) Attention : il n'y a que 2 chambres (1 pour lit double et 1 pour 2 lits simples). Les 2 autres couchages sont dans la pièce commune, séparés visuellement par une étagère en bois qu'on voit sur les photos. Le frigo est très silencieux donc ne gêne pas pour ceux qui dorment dans cette pièce commune.
