Perfect family getaway

We are family with one year old and this apartment was perfect choice. There is a wide living room with sofa that flips and can be used for sleeping. Wide and warm bedroom as well. The living room has a view on the street side, and the bedroom on the quite side - perfect. The location is also very good. We had wonderful time. Highly recommended!

Maybe the pillows. They are so soft and kind of uncomfortable, but we got tired every day and the sleeping was good.

Superb

Spacious rooms, chicinete fully equipped, very close to the gondola, restaurants and supermarket nearby.

The rooms were a bit cold in the first day (the electrical heaters from each room were not enough apparently). We ran out of hot water after 1 person took a shower (although the boiler indicator showed it was still half full).

it is very close to the gondola (5 minutes of walking) and it is very clean appartment.

Sofa is very very uncomfortable. It is stayted that it can accomodate 4 people (meaning that two persons are sleeping on sofa which is not possible) and i have slept alone with difficulties.

Good stay

The apartment is very close to the gondola (ski lift), very clean, spacious and well equipped (kitchen, furniture). The bathroom is very big and clean. The host was great, Mihail helped us with everything we needed, searched for solutions for the problems we encountered and was at one phone away anytime, so in the end we had a good stay.

Unfortunately, there was no hot water at the kitchen sink because of some technical problems of the building (the kitchen sink was not linked to the same boiler as the one from the bathroom). The heating system in Bansko is electric, most of the accommodations are heated by some radiators that are on the walls, but this apartment was heated by two mobile radiators that in our case weren't enough. In the bathroom was only one socket that had the boiler plugged in, leaving the radiator (heating system) off, so overall, the apartment was not well heated. As mentioned before, the host helped us with these problems from the start and we had a good stay eventually. On top of this, the apartment is situated at the 5th floor and the elevator is not working, so we had to bring our luggage from the car (parked on the outside street) to the ground floor and then carry it for 5 floors.

Relaxing and comfortable

Spacious and clean. Kitchenette was very well equipped for any length of stay. A bit far from the town center, but super convenient for accessing the mountain.

Some noise from the hotel bar nextdoor, but not past midnight so you can still get a good night's rest.

The apartment is very clean and has all the facilities needed. It looks exactly like pictures and location is excellent , walking distance to gondola. The host was so kind and helped us with everything we needed...I totally recommend it!
