Close to the slopes and big space but lacks various

When asked about all those in-discrepancies I was told that we had enough only as a welcome gesture

No bath curtain, water splashes all over. Toilet paper was only enough for the first couple of days. Kitchen facilities lacking sponge, some of the appliances were not washed. Washing up liquid for dishes was hand wash. The apartment stated to be 120m2 of space but it turned out to be just about no more the 100m2. I’ve asked for invoice and haven’t been contacted about or received yet to the moment I’m writing this review.

Homely apartment, reasonably priced, amazing views

The apartment was on the quiet side of Bansko which was perfect for us, yet less than 5mins walk and you're at the main gondola. We were on the top floor so benefited from the amazing views of the mountains. The apartment was lovely and warm and homely. Owner communication was excellent. Would stay here again.

Not a problem for us but the lift was out of action when we visited, so those having trouble walking would struggle, then again you probably wouldn't be on a ski holiday anyhow 😉

Great value for money and a convenient location very close to the Gondola.

The check-in process needs to be significantly improved. We received no prior information and had to call the host in order to receive the self-check in information. Then it turned out we had to collect the key from a box in a location more than 1 KM away from the accommodation itself.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful time in Bansko. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is located in a beautiful complex close to the gondola ski lift. It is luxuriously furnished and clean with everything you might need for your stay. The communication with the owner was excellent, and the check-in process was fast. Highly recommended!

Nedoporučuji starším lidem, nebo rodinám s dětmi. Nefunguje výtah!!!

Skvělá poloha hotelu na výlety jak po městě, tak po horách.

Nelíbilo se mi, že nejezdí výtah i když jsou zde 2. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsem měli apartmán ve vyšším patře, bylo dost nepříjemné nosit zavazadla až tam. To je za mě jediná výtka a chtělo by to předem upozornit. Nedovedu si představit staršího člověka.

Зручне і охайне помешкання з усім необхідним. Гарна тераса з якої видно гори. Усе необхідне для зручного перебування наявне. Є навіть ванна:) Також добре розташування в спокійному місці. Гарний краєвид, поруч гори, ліс, річка. Територія дуже зелена, охайна і затишна. Ми залишились задоволені відпочинком.

Немає можливості користуватися ліфтом, поверх четвертий, тож треба це враховувати

Апартаментът е фантастичен! Намира се на много удобно място, в нова сграда, с прекрасна градина във вътрешния двор. Всички площи и общи части са идеално поддържани и чисти. Апартаментът е на дискретно място, с красива панорамна гледка към планината. Мястото е тихо и уединено. Обзавеждането е комфортно и удобно, без излишни неща. Красива баня с вана и прозорец - какво повече! Настаняването и напускането се случват лесно и бързо. Домакинът е отзивчив, комуникативен и дискретен. С огромно удоволствие бих посетила точно този апартамент отново!!!
