A lovely place to stay with a lots of hiking possibilities.

The apartment is located on the second floor facing the public square of the village with great views. The apartment is simple but well furnished with a balcony. The public square has a lovely coffee shop, a fountain with drinking water, and a grocery store. A few minutes away is a public bus station that deserves nearby villages and Bolzano.

Most of the time the nights were quieted except during one weekend there was loud music until late in the night.

Je to nádherné místo. Vinařská vesnice. Sem bych chtěl na putování po sklepech :). Kousek od krásného Bolzana a zimních středisek.

Jako no, je to obvyklé. Ale věž kostela tak blízko, má svá specifika. Nepochopil jsem co zahráli o půlnoci. Vymykalo se to běžnému zvonění.

Apparemment très bien placé à proximité de Bolzano. Sabrina est une hôtesse charmante et réactive aux demandes. Son appartement, très vaste, nous a donné entière satisfaction.

Un four à micro-ondes serait le bienvenu.

L'appartamento si trova nel centro del paesino di Cornaiano. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti diversi bar dove poter fare colazione la mattina, un despar piccolino ma ben fornito, una farmacia, una macelleria, una tabaccheria/edicola, alcuni ristoranti e la cantina Girlan (che abbiamo visitato e che offre vini di ottima qualità). Nel complesso il paesino offre quindi molti servizi. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano di una palazzina molto carina; è ampio, pulito e ben fornito e presenta un grazioso balcone che si affaccia sulla chiesa del paese. Sabrina, la proprietaria, è una ragazza giovane e sorridente. Durante il nostro soggiorno è stata molto carina e disponibile nell'aiutarci. Inoltre l'appartamento è una buona soluzione se si vuole visitare Bolzano e Merano alloggiando però in un paese tranquillo e lontano dal caos della città. L'appartamento dista infatti circa 15-20 minuti in auto da Bolzano. Piccolo consiglio per visitare Bolzano: c'è un ampio parcheggio multipiano (a pagamento, 2€/h) in via Josef Mayr Nusser da cui è possibile raggiungere il centro della città in meno di 10 minuti a piedi. Noi lo abbiamo trovato molto comodo. Consiglio inoltre di visitare anche i paesini vicini: Appiano, Caldaro e Termeno. In queste zone il vino è il grande protagonista!

Siamo stati molto bene! Tuttavia abbiamo riscontrato qualche lato negativo. Primo fra tutti sono le campane della chiesa antistante che sono un po' fastidiose alla mattina perché iniziano a suonare presto e in certi orari vanno avanti a suonare anche per 15 minuti di fila. Tuttavia non è un elemento che la proprietaria dell'appartamento può controllare. Purtroppo non dipende da lei e non ci si può fare molto. Volendo guardare al bicchiere mezzo pieno, diciamo che non dovrete preoccuparvi di mettere la sveglia al mattino! Altro lato negativo potrebbe essere il parcheggio: nel paesino è abbastanza difficile trovare parcheggi gratuiti. C'è un parcheggio abbastanza grande di fronte al despar in cui potrete trovare una parte (linee bianche) che è sempre gratuita (questo penso sia l'unico posto in cui potete lasciare l'auto gratuitamente per tutto il tempo che volete) e un'altra parte (linee blu) che invece è a pagamento. Mi raccomando di leggere molto bene i cartelli. La proprietaria offre la possibilità (su richiesta) di parcheggiare l'auto nel parcheggio privato della palazzina al prezzo di 10€ al giorno. A noi è sembrato un prezzo un po' elevato dato che avevamo bisogno di un parcheggio solo per la notte (durante il giorno infatti non ne avremmo usufruito perché ci spostavamo in auto); ci siamo quindi arrangiati diversamente.
