The perfect spot for a visit to the Dolomites.

We LOVED the apartment!!! It way exceeded our expectations, and Lukas, who met us was just such a lovely man. Its a beautiful setting in an old historical building, in the centre of Gearlan, yet the apartment is ultra modern, but with a lovely homely feel. I could easily live there permanently ( wishful thinking! ) OH! and i have to mention; just 50m away is the best bakery i have ever seen. Perfect to pick up a fresh croissant or bread roll for breakfast. Ask Lukas to show you on arrival.

Such a beautiful area the village is adorable and they’re surrounding great vines and apple orchards are beautiful.

We enjoyed the apartment, very comfortable, clean, right in the center of town. The host even had a bottle of champagne and apple juice for us in the refrigerator.

Ein abwechslungsreicher Aufenthalt voller schöner Momente und mit toller Betreuung.

Lukas ist ein äußerst zuvorkommender und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der – wie bereits viele andere Gäste betont haben – zahlreiche wertvolle Tipps und Empfehlungen für Ausflugsziele in der Region gibt. Auch das Willkommensgeschenk mit regionalem Apfelsaft war eine sehr schöne Geste.

Wie schon von anderen Gästen erwähnt und vielleicht besonders für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität oder mit Kleinkind wichtig zu wissen: Der Zugang ins Dachgeschoss über die schmale Treppe kann etwas herausfordernd sein. Insgesamt ist das jedoch Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Struttura accogliente

Ambiente curato ed accogliente, posizione ottima in pieno centro paese vicino supermercati, bar, panificio ecc. Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile in ogni momento. Abbiamo apprezzato che il giorno del compleanno di mio figlio ci hanno omaggiato di un dolcetto e una bottiglia x brindare . Grazie di tutto. All'arrivo ci hanno offerto frutta e spumante.

Die Woche ist wie im Flug vergangen…

Das Appartement ist gemütlich, sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Fußläufig sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Erfreulich der gastfreundliche Empfang von Lukas, der uns wertvolle Tipps geben konnte in Sachen Restaurants und Winzer. Er hat uns sogar mit einer Flasche Sekt zu unserem Geburtstag überrascht.

Soggiorno ideale

Il soggiorno presso Haus Tauber è stato perfetto e ci tornerò volentieri! L'alloggio è impeccabile: pulito, accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione è ideale per raggiungere Bolzano velocemente ed il paesaggio attorno è incantevole. L'ospitalità dei proprietari è stata straordinaria: sempre disponibili, gentili e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Consiglio questa bellissima esperienza a tutti!

perfetto per un soggiorno di alcuni giorni

Ottima posizione a 15 minuti da Bolzano, edificio in pieno centro ma molto silenzioso. Parcheggi nei pressi della struttura, a poca distanza ristoranti e pizzerie Supermercato sotto casa Ottima accoglienza, ampia spiegazione del proprietario e benvenuto con frutta fresca e in frigo succo di mela e prosecco. Consigliato

Semplicemente splendido!!

Camere molto spaziose e accoglienti a due passi dalla fermata e soprattutto ho trovato molto disponibile e gentili i gestori che ci hanno fornito orari dei pullman e consigli dove mangiare bene e così e' stato, e' così hanno reso un weekend nel periodo natalizio meraviglioso.

Breve soggiorno di capodanno

Appartamento carino ed accogliente in zona centrale del paese. Ben fornito con tutto l'occorrente, abbiamo particolarmente gradito le lenzuola profumate e la disponibilità di succo di mela, prosecco, caffè e moka! Proprietari Lukas ed Evi gentilissimi!

Gemütliche Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, Küche ausreichend ausgestattet, sehr helle Wohnung mit Blick auf die Mendel, gute Joka-Matratzen, ruhiges Wohnhaus, Informationen über Lokale und Ausflüge in Heftform und via WhatsApp.

Anstelle des kleinen Tisches im Zimmer wäre ein Schreibtisch nicht schlecht (Platz genug wäre ja). Die Treppe zum Dachgeschoss knarzt furchtbar - aber das wird sich wohl nicht ändern lassen. Leider auch kein eigener Parkplatz - und die Gratis-Parkplätze im Ort sind wenige. Alles aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Appartamento accogliente vicino a Bolzano

Appartamento pulito e spazioso, con tutto il necessario. Situato al secondo piano, mansardato. Lucas è un host davvero impeccabile. Molto gentile e disponibile, flessibile, ci ha dato tutti i consigli per passeggiate o ristoranti nei dintorni. Dovessi tornare nella zona di Appiano sicuramente riconsidererei l’alloggio.

Un gioellino tra le bellissime montagne

Un carinissimo appartamento appena rinnovato, molto luminoso con tutto il necessario e anche di più e con una bellissima vista sulle montagne. L'host è super gentile e disponibile, ci ha aiutati anche con i consigli sull'attività da fare in zona, una persona veramente deliziosa. Ci piacerebbe ritornare per riprovare l'esperienza vissuta, stra consigliato!

Mitten in einem kleinen lebhaften Ort mit Geschäften, Cafés und Bars steht Haus Tauber, ein uriges Feriendomizil mit fantastischem Blick. Es hat alles was man braucht und Lukas ist ein außerordentlich freundlicher Gastgeber.

Tolles Apartment mit Allem was man braucht fuer Kurzurlaub oder Ferien in der Region.

Sehr schoenes und gemuetliches Apartment im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Schluesseluebergabe vor Ort durch den sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Ruhige Lage mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Perfekt ausgestattete, neue Kueche mit allem, was man brauchen koennte (auch bei laengerem Aufenthalt). Parken direkt vor dem Haus moeglich (mit Parkuhr waehrend Geschaeftszeiten). Gute Anbindung an alle wichtigen Strassen fuer die Erkundung der Umgebung und Tagesausfluege in die Berge. Sehr freundliche Willkommensgruesse im Kuehlschrank und im 'Obstkorb'. Waere gerne noch laenger geblieben.
