Amazing stay in the lap of nature

The apartment is located just a 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, with convenient connections to both Bolzano Bozen and Bolzano Sud. Set amidst nature and surrounded by beautiful vineyards and meadows, the location offers fresh air and a peaceful environment. We were also provided with a guest pass that allowed us to use all public transport in the region for free throughout our stay, which was incredibly helpful. Bicycles were available for guests, and we used them to explore nearby spots like Lago di Monticolo. The apartment also had great recreational facilities, including table tennis tables and rackets, badminton equipment, and a football, which kept us entertained for hours. The lawn on the ground floor was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with friends and family. Another big advantage is that the owner lives on the same property, so whenever we needed assistance, they were always readily available. Overall, our experience at the apartment was wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay near Bolzano.

We booked each apartment for four people. While the main bedroom with two single beds and an attached bathroom was perfect, the other two beds were sofa beds placed in the living area, which also included the kitchen and dining space. Although the sofa beds were quite comfortable, the shared space felt a bit cramped, especially when all four guests were present.

I fatti descritti sono oggettivi: per un errore dell'host, il prezzo era a metà; dato l'errore comunicavo di venire incontro al prezzo quindi, alla richiesta di quello giusto, ci è stato applicato per tutto il periodo, nonostante ci fosse solo il giorno di Pasqua in alta stagione, in luogo di € 106(bassa) la tariffa di € 111(alta) come da prezzi del sito, in pratica tutta in alta stagione. Al mio rifiuto ed accettata la prima prenotazione per forza di cose, di seguito l'host ha deciso di non fornire ne' lenzuola nè asciugamani. Non presenti prodotti per la pulizia; abbiamo dovuto acquistare tutto il necessario. Per il resto struttura pulita e funzionale, meno male la lavastoviglie. Mai più.

Ideale Ferienwohnung für uns für eine Woche Südtirol.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Vorallem der die Einladung der Vermieterfamilie mit Speck, Käse, Brot und Wein zum besseren gegenseitigen Kennenlernen, auch der anderen Gäste, fanden wir sehr gut. Sehr saubere und gepflegte Einrichtung.

Beim nächsten Mal würden wir eine der beiden zum Garten liegenden Wohnungen auswählen. Da bedingt durch die Weinlese und Apfelernte doch etwas mehr Verkehr herrschte, als wahrscheinlich in den anderen Monaten. Eine etwas umfangreichere Küchenausstattung wäre auch von Vorteil.

Appartamento al piano terra, molto accogliente e con la possibilità di accedere direttamente al giardino, in posizione tranquilla e panoramica. La proprietaria, Barbara, veramente gentile: accoglienza e disponibilità. Un piacere.
