Fabulous setting and views Quiet, rural neighbourhood, yet close to restaurants and supermarkets Very well-appointed kitchen

There is nothing we 'did not like', but the owners could consider making it easier for guests to communicate with them about simple issues, such as running out of toilet paper or when the WiFi is on the blink. It is not all that pleasant to stand before the front door, 'hat in hand', so to speak.

L’appartamento è situato nei pressi dei vigneti, che offrono un panorama bellissimo. È nuovo e dotato di tutti i confort, una cucina molto attrezzata e un bagno pulito e moderno. La vista e il balcone per uscire fuori ad ammirare il paesaggio è impagabile. A disposizione nell’area comune c’è anche una vasca idromassaggio, perfetta per poche persone e per godersi qualche momento di relax. Vicino si trovano numerosi punti per fare trekking o vedere delle cascate, sia Merano e sia Bolzano. Davvero un soggiorno piacevole e da rifare!

Perfekter Urlaub durch prima Lage und Art der Unterkunft, Hunde sehr willkommen.

Die Lage (Eppan und weitere Teilgemeinden) sind hervorragend um Südtirol von oben nach unten von rechts nach links zu erkunden, da man absolut zentral ist und schnell überall hinkommt. Von daher war der Strahlerhof sehr günstig gelegen, ruhig und trotzdem alles schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Anlage drumherum ebenso. Den Pool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da es noch zu kalt war, das machen wir, wenn wir mal über Pfingsten kommen. Dann sollte das ja möglich sein. Die Küche war prima ausgestattet, gut, wie immer haben große Müslischüsseln gefehlt, aber das ist ein deutsches Problem :-) Im Bad haben aber tatsächlich Ablagemöglichkeiten gefehlt, aber auch damit kamen wir zurecht. Die Betten fand ich klasse, da ich harte Matratzen liebe, mein Mann und mein Sohn kamen damit auch zurecht. Manche mag dies wiederum nicht gefallen, aber das ist personenabhängig. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, da auch unser kleiner Hund willkommen war, also perfekt!

Sehr ruhige, tolle Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, zentral in der sehr schönen Region gelegen.

Die Lage war sehr gut mit einem sensationellen Ausblick auf Bozen. Die Betreuung durch die sehr netten Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Hunde sind sehr gern gesehen.

Casa meravigliosa, nuovissima dotata di tutti i comfort e con vista sulle montagne mozzafiato!

La vista sulle montagne. La cucina molto spaziosa, tutta la casa arredata con gusto e nuovissima. Anche la doccia grande e stupenda.

Speravamo che la sauna fosse inclusa nel soggiorno, ma siamo stati benissimo ugualmente!
