Beautiful views & location. Great balcony. Quiet except for the birds. Jacob (teen) did his best to be very helpful & got me a fan which made sleeping on hot nights doable & helped me get my car. No cover on side window so sleep mask needed.
No communication on check in, check out via app messaging and when got there no one around finally found a Tween in backyard that was going to help me but had no information. Teen brother came home eventually & helped get set up with WiFi & a fan. There is no coffee table or anything in living room to set a drink on or paper towels or soap for bathroom hand sink! Killed 4 big spiders inside & missed one. I never was greeted by an adult though saw one that never acknowledged me and heard another greeting other guests which all seemed a little weird. Absolutely beautiful setting but better communication and basic things such as no soap to wash your hands and no paper towels make it kinda hard to justify a 9+ rating for me.
