Cosy stay off Bolzano

The apartment was beautiful and squeaky clean, with amazing views to wake up to. The property is located on the main road, and there are a couple of restaurants near by. We would highly recommend

A comfortable apartment with a spacious terrace.

Breakfast was not included in our stay. The location was good, as a base for visiting the area.

The vehicle access on to the main road, where the property is situated, was quite tricky to negotiate.

Piacevolmente rilassante

Alloggio super carino, pulito e in zona comodissima. Prima volta che venivamo in provincia di Bolzano, ci siamo soffermati qualche giorno per visitare i mercatini di natale della zona, facilmente raggiungibili. Proprietari gentilissimi, ci hanno anche accolto nel loro alloggio per fare quattro chiacchere. Esperienza nel complesso molto positiva!

Ottimo

Alloggio nuovo e pulito con tutti i confort descritti. Ottimo wifi. Trasporti pubblici a 4 minuti a piedi ogni 20 minuti, comodo se non si vuole prendere la macchina per visitare Bolzano.

Suggerirei all'host di far trovare qualcosa per la colazione (del caffè e del tea e magari 2 biscotti- c'era la caffettiera ma non il caffè).

Alles perfekt.

Es ist eine sehr tolle Fewo mit sehr viel Platz auch ein Kleinkind kommt hier auf seine Kosten und kann herum flitzen. Das Vermieter Ehepaar ist sehr nett und zuvor kommend und auch jederzeit erreichbar. Das Tolle ist auch die Lage in Mitten der vielen Weinreben und die Aussicht über den Balkon. Die Aus - und Einfahrt ist am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber es sind Spiegel vorhanden und nach dem ersten Tag ist es kein Problem mehr.

die Fam Gatcher ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Ferienwohnung hat eine super Ausstattung,eine riesige Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge und den Weingarten,Trotz das die Straße vor dem Haus verläuft hat man nicht viel gehört durch 3 fach verglaste Fenster war es schön ruhig Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfelen

Estancia a la que volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Excelente alojamiento, además de la ubicación como base para visitar los dolomitas. Hay un pueblo cerquita y tiendas para degustar vino, así como lagos muy bonitos para bañarte. Nosotros fuimos con nuestra hija de 3 años y estuvimos encantados.

Le logement est spacieux et lumineux Une grande terrasse extérieure avec une vue reposante sur un vignoble et la montagne Le logement est très bien équipé (il manquerait juste un micro-onde) La place de parking Le petit geste à l’arrivée : une bouteille de vin et une de jus de pomme de la production personnelle de l’hôte

Juste un petit détail qui peut être important pour certaines personnes à mobilité réduite Le logement se trouve au deuxième étage

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt bei ganz besonderen Gastgebern

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung mit der großen Terrasse und einer bequemen begehbaren Dusche. Sie hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Die Wohnung ist tiptop, sauber und behaglich. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als wir etwas brauchten waren sie äußerst hilfsbereit, ansonsten hatten wir absolut unsere Privatsphäre. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, bessere Gastgeber können wir uns nicht vorstellen. Der Südtirol Guest Pass ermöglichte uns viele Fahrten mit Bus und Bahn, auch die Seilbahn auf den Ritten ist enthalten. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei der Bushaltestelle. Auch Abends waren wir sehr schnell im nahegelegenen Biergarten ( zu Fuß ) wo wir sehr gut gegessen haben zu fairen Preisen. Das Auto konnten wir meistens stehen lassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ausfahrt auf die Straße ist tatsächlich nicht ganz einfach, aber Frau Gatscher hat uns gleich bei der Ankunft ein paar Tipps gegeben wie man am Besten rausfährt, und mit den 2 Spiegeln hat es gut geklappt.

Bellissima soluzione per visitare l'Alto Adige

Appartamento come nuovo, molto ben arredato e dotato di ogni confort. Fantastica la vista sul vigneto in primo piano e la montagna sullo sfondo che si osserva dal soggiorno e dall'ampio terrazzo. Posizione comoda sia per visitare a Bolzano restando però fuori città che per girare comodamente l'Alto Adige, con un buon ristorante nei pressi della struttura. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza, al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare uno squisito succo di mela prodotto da loro.

Tolle Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung war wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet, super sauber und top ausgestattet! Wir haben uns mit unserem 9-monatigen Sohn direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber haben uns außerdem sehr herzlich empfangen und zum Abschied wurden wir noch auf ein geselliges Gläschen Wein eingeladen.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollen Gastgebern an befahrender Straße

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die auf Wünsche eingehen, Beratungen zu Wanderungen geben, alles machen, damit es ein schöner Aufenthalt wird. Die Wohnung ist in einem super Zustand, sehr gepflegt und großzügig. Sehr gut geklappt hat die Anmeldung für die Guestcard vor der Anreise, für die unsere Gastgeber umsichtig gesorgt haben. Toll ist auch, dass eine Bushaltestelle nah ist, um unkompliziert nach Bozen oder zum Kalterer See zu kommen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer stark befahrenden Straße. Die Autos sind zu hören, wenn man auf der schönen Dachterasse sitzt. Die Parkplatzsituation vor dem Haus war für unseren VW-Bus nicht ideal.
